Super friendly and great selection. A must visit when you're looking for the perfect plant.

Absolutely gorgeous selection and very kind & helpful staff. Also, they are giving out mom-mosa's for Mother's Day. Win- win.

Madeline George is expanding into all of the buildings and property with more selections of plants and all things garden. It's a wonderful place to just stroll around. Or, have a party or wedding. ❤️

Was there to buy a Christmas tree from our favorite Tree Vendor CW trees that moved to Madeline this year from Federal way, My wife mention she wants to check out Madeline in the spring for our planting needs, Nice place and people!

Beautiful garden areas. Helpful assistance. Very exclusive items with steep prices. Addition of a coffee house and some moderate priced items would increase purchasing customers. Enjoyed visiting.

Nice place to walk through and look for plants

Had a great session with Nancy. She was so helpful in picking out plants and flowers, especially for color throughout the seasons!

Cute little nursery off the beaten path but after stopping by my friend and I decided to set our books down and study as we are college students. Madeline’s has this adorable sitting area/coffee space next to their green houses. But after about 45 minutes. An older woman( I presume to be the owner or manager?) SCOLDS US (myself and my friend) for being at the nursery for more then an hour. And that the “space is not meant for a long time visits or study sessions” and that we needed to leave. The barista(great coffee btw) there felt so embarrassed and apologized to us directly. And after it all, the strangest part was the old woman promptly kicked us out by saying, “let some other people enjoy the space” when in reality… we we’re the only one’s there

We bought 4 apple trees, 2 died and one of which was broken on delivery. They told us to tape to branch which we did. My husband went back multiple times over a year to ask for help since they visibly were not thriving. We finally returned this spring when it was clear that 2 died, only to be told we were “disingenuous.” This was a terrible experience and with the owner.

After waiting three months and experiencing two no-shows by George, I ultimately spend 31K elsewhere and in every case, upon asking why I was having trouble with the two trees planted here by Madeline, was told they only grow in a very narrow swath here of which my property is not included. The talk was great, the walk not so much so. Very disappointing.

I was a first time customer that was charged for an item that I did not leave with nor select to purchase. When I realized my card purchase seemed higher than it should have been, I reviewed my receipt, called and emailed the nursery multiple times and spoke on the phone with one sales associate in detail about what took place. In an email response I was asked to bring back the item they charged me for after I sent the image of my receipt indicating the charged item I did not purchase nor leave with I explained again in my email response what I needed to correct the issue....a refund for invalid charges. $9.50.....that's it! 3 days later I still have no response. I have spent more time on the 6 emails and 3 phone calls, way more time then a measly $9.50 is worth. At this point its about principle, but this review will have to do.
Within 30 minutes of posting this review I received a phone call promising a refund.
I was very honest in my review! I posted an edit stating that 30 minutes after posting this review I received a call promising a refund. The timestamp your seeing is my edit of the review originally posted. I believe you should check your facts thoroughly before making statements stating your customers are being dishonest. This has proven inspite of the reasons on your end to be a bad experience on top of yet another. As a business owner I would keep my emotional responses in check. -
Bought a hydrania 6 days ago. Planted it in all the best conditions possible. Is completely dead 4 days in. This nursery does not stand behind its products. Flushed $50 down the drain. Most other nurseries stand behind their products, if plants do not survive the planting process. Later they tell me I shouldn't have planted a plant, that I bought to plant. It would be one excuse after another. It was always something that I did wrong. I have bought and planted tons of plants. Occasionally plants don't make it but you do expect nurseries that charge a fortune to stand by their product.
I will never use this nursery again.. I'm a long standing Eagle residents, and want everyone to be warned before they shop here. -
Love going to Madeline George garden Design. Whenever we go there we leave with something. They are knowledgeable on their plants, but when they do not know all the information they research right there and let you know. They help design your garden or if you if you need a fire pit area they will help you design that. You may pay less at Lowes or Home Depot but the knowledge you receive and the help you receive and the plethora of choices is well worth your money.

Very peaceful nursery to wander around. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to answer questions and help out. I got a couple shrubs which were pretty pricey. Feel like I could have gotten them cheaper somewhere else.

Passing through on our vacation drive from Oregon to Yellowstone and back. As a landscape designer myself, I'm always looking for unique gardens and garden centers to visit. I get ideas for plants, art, fountains, plant combos, etc. As a plant geek, Madeline's did not disappoint!! Lovely nursery, helpful staff, great displays! If I lived nearby, I'd definitely shop here!

Madeline has wonderful plants. That's where the good stuff ends. I bought 2 Kiwi plants, both died within a week. SO I went back to get some advice. All i got was I was watering it too much, so I got two more. Same issue. I researched it a bit and every resource I read said to start them in pots.
IF you are a master gardener, then sure, go to Madeline's - she has some great plants but stay away if you are a newbie to gardening. It's really hard to get good advice from this place.
Stick to Edwards or North-end nursery. I can't say enough good things about these places. -
I love visiting the nursery and the help I receive there. They have an excellent selection of trees. However, I am deeply disappointed in the consultation and landscaping services. I paid 90.00 for a consultation and during the consultant's visit, I asked for her to put a plan together for MG to do the landscaping project. She referred me to their rock guy, who wrote that he would get back to me after his Labor Day vacation. He never did, despite reminder emails from me to him and the consultant. So, now I am out 90.00 with nothing to show for it, not even a list of recommended plants. I know things are busy in the Valley, but I at least deserve a response to my emails explaining what the holdup is.

Good location. Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been there 3 times this year and each time I've looked for specific plants and each time they've had exactly what I wanted. I've been given great advice on how to handle problem areas in my yard. I really can't say enough good things about them.
