They work with us when we want to change the design of our lighting scheme. They have the equipment to light the high areas that our ladders can't reach.

Professional and knowledgeable staff who took pride in the results of my project. They followed the landscape plan and delivered on a beautiful and functional landscape project. I can’t recommend Todd and team enough given the results of my project. They were absolutely great!!!

Contracted with them at beginning of season. Never negotiated the prices, I did not request a specific day of service, just needed weekly mowing, spring/fall cleanups, sprinklers etc.
I had the owner Todd come out to view the damage his team did when using an oversized mower and left deep tracks in the backyard lawn. He also viewed the cutting of the shrubs and told me “yeah they were not cut correctly BUT they will grow back”. He explained how the team is rushed thru Meridian because the schedule is so full on Tuesdays. I never asked for a specific day of service, I didn’t care which day as long as it got done. I paid an extra service fee of over $300 for a mid season shrub cleanup, I sent him pics and asked exactly what did you do and why all the trimmings remained in the beds?
Very disappointing, lesson here is really check who you hire for services. This guy is nice upfront during the sale, beware they are not landscapers

I have done business with many contractors over the years. Todd and his landscape company is one of the best. From the initial contact to completion, TLC is unmatched. With our input/preferences, Todd designed a beautiful front and side yard that integrated existing plants and available sunshine. His crew led by Jason showed up two days after we agreed to the price and design. In short order the yard was prepared and within a couple weeks it was completed.
Every day the job site was cleaned and we were always involved in the many decisions needed to be made. The crew was considerate of our ideas and used them. If you want a job done with a professional company, TLC is a perfect choice.

A picture is worth a thousand words...

My husband and I hired Todd at the outset of purchasing our new home to do our entire landscape project, in good faith that we would get a job well done. This was most definitely NOT the case. The topsoil brought in by TLC was weed infested, irrigation lines were not buried to standard, and our lawn struggled.

By the end of our third summer, TLC Landscape had destroyed one third of our lawn from an over application of chemicals. Todd chose, as we see in many of his google reviews, not to accept responsibility or take ownership of the problem and made no attempt to fix it. Upon hiring a new lawn company, we discovered that the irrigation system was not properly installed, parts used were off market, broke often, and were substandard.

My entire lawn and irrigation system needed to be replaced after only three seasons old. The pump to the water feature barely lasted two seasons and it too needed to be replaced.

I would never consider hiring this company when looking for a landscape professional.

I had a great experience working with Pro Care Idaho. Jeff came out right away to meet with me & evaluate the needs at our business location, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, their team was professional, prompt, & easy to communicate with.

They did a fantastic job with the cleanup, everything looked neat, refreshed, & well taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in their work & follow through on what they say they’ll do.
