I think Joseph should be a hiring consultant to employment companies. Chad came out to my daughter's house today in stifling heat to battle ants falling from the sky it seems. He went into the attic, cut limbs on outside trees, surveyed the yard...you name it....he was on it! Dexter came out to my house later in the day for my quarterly treatment. Smile on his face and as always so very cordial and polite. Oh wait, its about pests...well I've seen a few ants and three spiders since i began service this spring. Reasonable, cordial, effective, and above and beyond customer service. Keep it up Best Pest...you truly are the BEST!

Great service! I haven't seen a bug, spider, or wasp in months! Plus the techs listen and really take your needs into consideration!
Update: I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! While inspecting for mice they found a leak in my crawlspace saving me from thousands of dollars in damage!!

These guys are GREAT! Their prices are fair and they come when you call just like they said they would...it doesn't get better than that. I am very sensitive to smells and insect and bee stings. They work with me to keep my home safe. I highly recommend you try them - I am certain you will not be sorry you did, and I'm certain that you also will want to give them 5 stars!

They are a great company! I had pest issues and called them and they were out at my house the next day. They have great communication and are easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I've been with Best Pest Control for many years. They are honest, professional and have excellent technicians. Most of all, they use the best materials for Idaho climate. I highly recommend Best Pest Control to all new homeowners.

Service was wonderful, they are very nice and professional. It took a few visits before the wasps and hornets were taken care of and then they never came back, but the spider activity seemed the same after 3 applications. The amount of webs and spiders around our front door was minimally reduced.

This is the most excellent pest control company in Boise! Best Pest Control came to my house to assess the damage from a mouse infestation, the first I've ever had, and they saw what I'd been doing to get rid of them, since discovering them 2 months prior. I explained my situation, neglecting my home for 1 year and 9 months, due to caregiving for my mom and now for my dad since my mom's passing. I had not even opened some of my cupboards and my pantry for over a year. I also explained my challenge health wise, being disabled with Lupus, and still no time available to get rid of the food sources in my kitchen, where the infestation caused major damage, and knowing that you can't get rid of the mice until you first remove the food sources. The contents of my pantry literally poured out of the pantry after opening the doors for the first time in over a year. I had contacted 5 different disaster recovery services for help, all to no avail. After listening to my challenges, the awesome guy representing Best said that he had a few extra hours and he'd work on getting rid of the food sources, then he even called another awesome team member and both worked for hours, helping me!! They cleaned up all of the food sources, and they even hauled everything away. They took so much burden and stress off of my shoulders, and for the first time in months, I slept peacefully. I feel they saved my life! If you ever need this service, please call Best Pest Control before you call anyone else. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Apparently the owner of this company has been sending me invoices for the past four years that I never received. The service was done in September 2019 and they decide now to send the hundred dollar bill to collections. September 2019 was the beginning of the pandemic. What were these people doing at my home when we were all told to stay home I have no proof that they came. In fact I know they didn’t come but yet the owner of the company is demanding that I pay and now they’re taking me to collections for a bill that is almost 4 years old.

Obviously these people are in financial peril and the reason is is because rather than working with me, and helping me understand why I am hearing from this company now from a job that was done four years ago during the height of the Covid pandemic. If they would’ve told me to forget it, and here is the name and number of our business we would really appreciate you using us with your new home. I probably would’ve done so. They were rude inconsiderate and sent the bill to collections rather than even trying to work it out with me.

I have no proof of a contract that I signed. I have no idea if they were at my home when they said they were and finally today I did speak to Nick and he was rude and he hung up on me and he told me that my credit was going to suffer.

Very very upsetting and there’s no way this business will succeed and I will make sure that if anybody ever asked me that this company will be last in fact, they won’t even be on my list.

These guys are awesome! Moved into a 115 year old home in the north end and it was infested with black widows all over the basement. After the first two visits by best pest they were all gone. They made sure the house was sealed up properly and came out after 20 or say days to break the hatching cycle. I have not seen one bug or spider in the house since they came out the second time. Signed up for the annual package and I highly recommend it as bugs stay gone year round. I trust them 100% with my 3 year old and our bug issue that's gone completely. Joseph over there is awesome and always works with my schedule and if I cant make it I trust this company to be in my house while I am not. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Avoid this place at all cost!! They will send you to collections without sending a bill. For work that wasn’t even performed!! I used them for about 1 year with no problems until I went to cancel. I cancelled a seasonal service and the guy showed up and I again told him I didn’t want the service. All fine. 3 years later I get a debt from a collection agency for $95….! The same day I receive a text reminder from Best Pest that a bill is owed.

There were no multiple attempts to collect. Period. The service was not done. This was explained to Joseph in 2019. After 2019, I assumed the business figured it out. Apparently not. 1,216 days later I receive an email/text from Best Pest stating $95 is due. I call to clear it up again stating what I did from 2019 and your new person said there is nothing they can do as its already in collections. Before responding to a review you might collect all the information. Calling the office 2-3 times did absolutely nothing.

Love these guys! They are so nice, professional, and really know what they are doing! Highly recommend them! They stand by their service and will do extra services if you are still seeing a problem. We do their regular maintenance program - have had great success controlling wasps, voles, gophers, spiders, and snakes. If you have an issue, call them!

Jon is ALWAYS FANTASTIC!! I just love him! He will do whatever I ask him to do and won’t do whatever I don’t want him to do. He doesn’t pressure me & he texts me when he’s on his way to my house, which is very very helpful. At our old house we used TruGreen, and they gave us very short notice before they would show up. I like Best Pest much better, because we get plenty of notice before the day they are coming, plus, as mentioned, Jon texts me when he’s on his way! 😃

A friend recommended Best Pest Control to us. They not only accomplished the job we hired them for, they also educated us, equipped us with supplies (at no cost), and they continue to keep our home free of spiders, rodents, and other pests.

We used to spray for spiders on our own. Now Best Pest does it for us quarterly, and its a time & COST SAVINGS to us. They spray the entire house (inside & out), fence, grass & driveway. I have only seen 1 or 2 spiders in the last year. That is unheard of.

The whole team is friendly and knowledgeable. They're upfront with how everything works & what the costs will be (affordable). They have exceeded our expectations.

After catching a few mice in traps, we called Best Pest Control to come seal up our house. My parents used them last year and were very happy with them. They had us on the schedule in 2 days, even though it was Thanksgiving week. John came out today right on time, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and found the point of entry. He sealed it up and placed traps around the basement. He chatted with us afterwards, answering all of our questions and giving us some helpful tips. If you're having critter issues, I couldn't recommend these guys more.
