Best pest is definitely number one in my books. I am set up for quarterly visits. This is the third company I tried and they far exceeded any other pest control service. They are kind and very professional. I have animals and the product they use is safe for my cats and my dog. I am so grateful I don't have to deal with ants or spiders or bees any more. Shout-out to "John" and "Wayne" for being so attentive to our family's needs and always being there to answer any questions I have.

We switched to Best Pest after Crazy Frog got bought by Terminix and the service went downhill. Let me start by saying, talking to Joe on the phone was amazingly pleasant. He went out of the way to educate, not just rush a sale and move on.

The actual service was way more thorough than any other pest control place I've experienced. They were willing to move things like the furniture and even refrigerators to get those dark nesting spots. They sprayed the typical floor area but also along the ceiling and paid extra attention to the window frames. We haven't seen a single spider inside the house for well over a month, and even with Crazy Frog, who we liked, there were always a few crawling around.

Lastly, this is a veteran-owned independent business which, as a 10-year vet myself, is just icing on the cake. Thanks again!

The guys at Best Pest Control are awesome! They are very thorough and provide excellent service.
We had a wasp problem in our backyard and they came out a second time and did a detailed walk of our property and densely sprayed our retaining wall and street signs (filled with nests) that lined our backyard.
I could not be more pleased with their service and am happy to refer them to whomever may be in need of pest control.

Best service around! Best pest has been taking care of our home since we moved in, and we noticed our ant problem disappeared overnight! They have kept us updated with service reminders and the technicians have been very polite and thorough. Our most recent technician serviced our house while I was watching my babies and they reassured me that their products are child and pet safe so I would not need to worry about the kiddos. Highly recommend!

I signed a year contract with Barrier Pest because I was told it was their policy in order to get the introductory price of $49. After the first treatment I had them come back because we still had a problem. After the re-call treatment we still had some problems but I didn't want to be "that customer".
For my second treatment I explained to the reception staff that I had a mouse (in the house) problem. The tech didn't seem to be aware of that and said he "really didn't have a good solution" but could leave some small bait traps in the house as well as outside the house. Then left me with 2 "snap traps" and wished me luck.
So... after buying a bunch more snap traps on Amazon and proceeding to kill a dozen or more mice under my sink, I called another company to come out who did a thurough inspection both in, out and under the house that came up with an extermination plan that solved my problem. This company also informed me that bait traps do poison the mice but the mice continue to leave their scent for a few days before dieing hence attracting more mice making the problem worse. I called Barrier and canceled my contract with them and they billed me a cancelation fee along with with the 2nd service fee... total being $332.
No one asked why I canceled or checked to see if they could resolve the issue in some way. I would not recomend them at all.

They did an amazing job from beginning to end! Communication was spot on, they cleaned everything up very well, and they are very knowledgeable! Highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Great crew and management that did an excellent job trimming several of my trees and removing plants. They also were very affordable and did a great job in quickly completing the work.

I was just looking at our tree. It Looks great! Last year Nathan and his crew removed 1/2 of it because it didn't look very stable. Those strong gusts of wind we had a week ago would have probably toppled that section over and landed on our truck. While they were here, they also thinned some branches on our other tree at no additional charge. Thanks Nathan!

I definitely appreciated working with Nathan from Organic Solutions. I was having issues with my sprinklers and I just had sod placed; he came out and diligently monitored each section to ensure each they worked properly.

I am so happy that I found Nathan and his company, Outdoor Solutions, a few years ago. Nathan and his wife and business manager, Tracy, are real people! They are kind, compassionate, understanding and accommodating with regard to customer needs and desires. I have had trees cut down and removed, stumps ground, limbs trimmed, trees pruned, new trees and shrubs planted and a whole enclosed garden bed prepared. Nathan and his crew do professional, attractive work and are reasonably priced. Always have projects I can depend on Outdoor Solutions to take care of for me.

Nathan and his crew arrived on time and efficiently trimmed, shaped and removed the trees as discussed during our walk through. They did an excellent job and will be returning in the fall to replace the tree that was removed. We will be using them again.

Nathan and his crew did an outstanding job with the tree trimming and clean-up. I have about 10 trees that needed trimming / thinning, and from the beginning quote process , to follow-up, and scheduled appointment, communication was great. Nathan was very detailed in ways to trim the trees that were most healthy for each of them. Price was very competitive and I highly recommend Outdoor Solutions.

Excellent Service. The Two young men worked hard and efficiently. They removed one large tree and one small tree. they hauled it all off and ground the stumps completely out. great team. I recommend them and will use them again if I need to.

We live in Banbury/Eagle on 1.35 acres and had some old tree stumps and a lot of Cottonwood roots tearing up our lawn. I looked around and received a strong recommendation for Outdoor Solutions.
