They got a few spots out but not all, and it still looks dirty. And despite what their flier advertises, they do not move furniture. And it took about 3 times longer than they said to dry.

This companies website leads you to believe they clean your carpets using the steam clean method. Their employee arrives today in a t-shirt and board shorts and when he opens the door to his van I see chemical containers and a vacuum cleaner. I said " your website leads one to believe you use steam cleaning not chemicals and he replied "yeah we use chemicals". I canceled the service and he couldn't have cared less.

In the future I guess I'll need to call and not rely on a website for scheduling and an honest explanation of a companies service.

I've had Allied Carpet Care clean the carpets in my whole house several times over the past three years. I have roommates, and get the carpets cleaned whenever a roommate moves out. These guys have done an excellent job, even removing oil/grease stains from one roommate who would work on his car and then track automotive grease and grime down the hallway and into his room. They are very friendly and professional, have been available with only a few days' notice when I call to schedule a cleaning, and are about half the price of their competitors around town!

Phil did a great job! My dog had marked in my brand new house and I used a black light to find the spots. I indicated where they were and when I used the black light after there was no presence of the accidents. I have reused the service and am very happy with it.
