I got my carpets cleaned today and couldn’t be happier! Noel did amazing and was so nice! They explained the process then got to work, no hassle at all! I trust them in my house and will absolutely use them again!

Great company at an affordable price. Noel showed up within the expected time. Did a thorough job and was a total professional. Even offered to come back if one of the stains came back. Even went the extra mile and cleaned a small rug for me. (Great way to earn repeat business.) Thank you for the clean carpets.

I’ve had this company come remove stains from my couches before, and they are amazing! Today Phil was the one who I had the pleasure to meet. He really went above and beyond for me and I just want to say thank you. My son wet this sofa bed we have, and I had it outside to vent out. I had tried to remove the stain myself but unfortunately had no luck. (This sofa bed wasn’t part of their job, since I didn’t buy it from the place that I bought the couches from who sent them over today) So I asked him if I could personally request them to come another day to remove the stain from the sofa bed since I knew that wasn’t part of the job they came to do today. Phil didn’t hesitate to say he could do it right now and even removed the stain from a chair I had outside. It’s been a rough week and him doing that really meant a lot for me. So thank you!

Never feed a dog pulled pork! But if something happens and you need fast and genuinely friendly service, call Allied. When everyone else told me "tomorrow", they were here and working within a half an hour. A pleasure to do business with and my carpet hasn't looked as good since it was installed.

Allied was WONDERFUL. Very reasonable rates, showed up on time, was finished quickly. Our carpets & area rugs are like NEW now, and we have 2 big, messy dogs so that's really sayin' something! Phil was a great guy - a pleasure to meet.

I have a large house with mostly white and off white carpet in the basement as well as the top floor. We had quite a bit of traffic in the basement because of a social group that met at our house. We'd had some spills that no matter what I did to clean them, they still could be seen. I called Phil to come out and see if he could at least improve the looks of the basement carpet and clean the top floor carpets as well. Phil was very professional and very knowledgeable. It was amazing. The basement carpet was 100 percent better and the carpet on the upper story looked wonderful. Phil's prices were very fair and worth every penny. I will call Allied again when it's time to clean the carpets.

Allied Carpet is fantastic! I will not use any other service. They are friendly, their prices are amazing, and most importantly they don't try to up sell or add services you don't need.

I have always liked the service and quality this company provides, but they earned my forever loyalty when they told me how to get rid of the pet odor for good, so the dog quit using that spot. They told me exactly what to do, rather than capitalizing on cleaning that problem area over and over. We also hired them to clean all the carpets and furniture before listing our house for sale.

I have to say that out of all the carpet companies I could have chosen, I'm so happy I choose Allied Carpet Care! They are one of the most reasonable priced cleaners out there and my carpets never looked better. I was also very impressed with their customer care. They charged me what the quoted me, they were on time, and were very friendly. They will be in charge of my carpet care from here on out!

I've used Allied several times and will NEVER go anywhere else! Phil is incredibly friendly, scheduling is simple and easy to get in, they do a FANTASTIC job, super punctual, and I have yet to hear of another company with better prices.

The first time I used them was before I moved into my old home (white carpet). The movers TRASHED the stairs the next day. Phil came out and redid the stairs for free. Now that's some seriously awesome customer service.

I just had 5 rooms of my carpets cleaned by Allied Carpet Care & what a great job, & done in only a couple of hours.
I plan to use them at least twice a year from now on, so my carpets will stay in wonderful shape.
I have two cats so I also had them put the pet treatment in all the rooms which is only $10 for each room & they really smell great now.

Totally recommend Allied. Phil was so polite and professional. He did a wonderful job. He even came back out and redid part of my living room for free after my dog got into our trash and distributed it all over. Very reasonably priced (3 rooms, hallway, stairs) for $160.

We had a few spot treatments he has done for us and has done great every time. This time around we had so many spots that he did all the cushions which we were so happy for. Unfortunately, we have never had the couch cleaned fully and the dirt surfaced from the inside and left the couch looking even more dirty and very splotchy. We called and told him what was going on and in less than 24 hours he was at our house making sure to get our couch back to its original color! He was so shocked to see what had happened, saying that had never happened before with any other couches he has done. He went above and beyond to get the cushions fully clean again and gave us immaculate service! The kindness and thoughtfulness is something you don’t get a lot of these days. So we are very thankful! We would recommend Allied Carpet Cleaning to anyone!
