My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! They are very professional and very personable. If we have a problem they are quick to take care of it. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!!

These guys saved both my 90,000 gallon pool and year-round spa. They’ve done everything from adding aeration, heater & chlorinator replacement, reminding me to order chemicals before they run out, acid washing, winterization, chemical testing, cleaning and helping with leak detection (helping me find a good vendor) and more. They are professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. Have never had to remind them to do anything... they are hard workers and I appreciate them VERY much. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option.

We LOVE IdaHomeServ ... we've used another company before them and switched to Paul and I wish I would of know about IdaHomeServ sooner because the quality of work and customer service is top notch. They pay attention to details, don't rush through their work but take their time and do it correctly and are thorough. The communication is exactly what I would expect and I appreciate being kept in the loop of what is going on with my pool. He sends me pictures if I'm not there of what they did. After going through a different company each year for opening and closing my pool, I've finally found the best in the business. James is not only amazing at what he does, but he genuinely cares about his clients. He was extremely thorough and walked me through every step of the process. His attention to detail and customer service are outstanding - people like him are hard to find these days. Highly recommended for anyone needing pool service in the Boise area!

IdaHomeServ is amazing. I've been a relatively high maintenance customer (my first time having a pool) and they have been responsive, informative and patient with all my questions. My daughters have sensitive skin and they created a custom plan to ensure the pool looks amazing and their needs were factored. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation. They're fantastic.

Boise Pool Pros were able to troubleshoot my pool heater and resolve my issue. Another pool company told me the parts were unavailable but they could just replace the entire heater.

Pool Pros told me exactly what was wrong and, having indicated that I can do a lot of repairs, asked in I wanted to fix it myself or have them do it. I was pressed for time and so happy with their performance I just let them do it. I think there are shops that would would really want that service charge and might not have been inclined to give me that option.

I have been extremely impressed with James and Boise Pool Pros. After a string of terrible experiences with another pool company, it was time to look elsewhere — and I’m so glad I found James. He is incredibly helpful, highly responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.
