Mattie and Jo are very professional at what they do. We have been working with them a couple of years now and each time they treat our house and dogs with the upmost respect. They do a great job with the cleanings and leave the house with cute little touches such as folding the paper towels, throw blankets, and toilet paper.

He was late, the wife quoted me one price, he kept tacking on other fees, and I had a tenant take off of work just for them to leave without notifying me!! I still had my dogs outside at 100 degrees and my cats stuck in the bathroom. I come outside and his truck is gone!! We agreed on 275.00 and with no notice, he just uped and left!! I would NOT recommend this carpet cleaning service what's so ever!! The wife and the Owner, are married and she quotes one price and he comes out and adds fees!!!

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday. When I called the woman who answered was so nice and professional. Even squeezed me in a last min appointment. JJ came out and cleaned the carpets and did an amazing job. He was professional, kind and diligent. If you need your carpets cleaned I highly recommend complete carpet care.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with JJ and Complete Carpet Care!! Our carpets look amazing! We had expressed that our daughter is high risk and JJ showed up wearing a mask and even wore it outside when packing up. We had two area rugs that he took to clean and brought them back to our house looking brand new two days later. He even wore his mask just to walk the rugs to our front door. His attention to detail and how he cleaned our carpets was exceptional but going the extra mile to help keep our family safe was more appreciated than anything. We will recommend them to all friends and family!!
