The cleaner came right on time and was very polite and professional. 15 minutes before she finished she called to let us know that she was almost done cleaning and asked us to come over and look everything over and make sure it was done how we wanted. It was immaculate the first thing we noticed was how clean the walls were and how fresh the house smelled. She cleaned every surface she even cleaned fan blades and light fixtures. She even went above and beyond and moved the appliances to clean behind them. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so clean in a house. We also got to see what very few cleaning supplies they needed to do all this amazing work. Non harmful natural products. I’m recommending this to anyone I know who needs a good house or business cleaning

I am actively using Boise Air Care to clean my Air Bnb and they have honestly been incredible.
I was very hesitant to "hand over" my property to a service, but the owner and his crew have been awesome about scheduling cleanings on time, communicating with me when items need to be restocked or replaced, and generally keeping things maintained.
The communication has been amazing. I simply send screenshots of my Air Bnb calendar when I receive new bookings, and the owner responds with a verification that he has it on the schedule. I trust him to be on time, and the home is always super clean when they leave. I have an exceptional cleanliness rating on Air Bnb and I owe it to Boise Air Care.
I could not say enough good things about how much working with them has streamlined the management of my Air Bnb. Highly recommend!

Have been using Boise Air Care for the last 6 months for my Airbnb and have been very happy with their service. I add them as a co-host to my Airbnb account and they can see when they need to arrive. They have always been on-time to clean – even for last minute bookings – and do a good job of leaving the house as I like it for guests and keeping me up to speed when I'm running low on products or anything is up with my place.

Isaac and team have been cleaning our Airbnb for a few months now and I have been incredibly impressed with them. Isaac syncs up with my calendar so he is always on top of the cleaning schedule without needing me to monitor it. Really helpful! He is also always on time, always has the place ready for guests, and he does a great job alerting me to any issues with the house or landscaping. But by far his best qualities are his responsiveness and customer service. He always responds immediately to any questions or concerns which is very appreciated when you’re on the hook with guests.

Since 2021, Issac and his crew have been our only go to for our rental property cleaning services. While most of our long term tenants have taken good care of our home, some have not. I highly recommend Advanced Window Cleaning. My windows and screens were very dirty and now they look like new! Advanced also does gutter cleaning, screen repair, pressure washing, Christmas lights and snow removal.

Dylan comes and cleans our windows and screens every other month and they always look great! Having clean windows sure makes a place look nicer!
