I just had 2 of the nicest techs come and clean my exterior, interior, screens and trim and tracks. When I tell you they had a job to do, they had a job to do! They were both courteous and respectful. I will recommend this company to friends and family. Needless to say I am very pleased with Deans Windows.

Great customer service. We had our house power washed and windows cleaned. Deans did a very detailed job on both services. Everyone from Dean to his employees were professional and strived to do the best job. Very refreshing

Showed up on time. Cleaned gutters and blew off debris from roof. Had his special hand shovel to scoop the buildup in gutters. Rinsed hose water through. Did excellent job. I indicated great price because other companies bid more for my small townhouse.

We’ve used Dean’s Window Cleaning 4 times. In the spring of 2025, Caleb did an excellent job cleaning our interior and exterior windows. More recently Eric & Sebastian did a great job on our exterior windows in fall of 2025. All three were friendly, professional and very efficient. Windows are sparkly clean with no missed spots or streaks. Very, very happy with their work. Communication with the office and technicians about appointments, reminders, and arrival times is easy and much appreciated. Prices are affordable and well worth the quality jobs they do. Cleaned my windows, screens, frames on a 2 story house. Price was great compared to others who did not include as much. We were impressed they brought 2 guys and did everything by hand (no sprays). We asked them to do some decor windows twice because of the amount of build up on them, and they did no problem. Were done in less than 4 hours. A week later, my windows still look amazing. We get a lot of compliments on how clean they are and how long they have stayed that way. We have been happy with them doing things by hand, their promptness, how long after the windows have remained looking great, and their respect for our property. Great job guys!

Dean's Window Cleaning did a great job and I would recommend them. They took the screens off and hand washed the windows with a detergent. The last guys were a bunch of so called "wizards" who never took the screens off and just sprayed some type of so called "magic" solution on the windows. I fired these "wizards" and called Dean. Dean's window cleaning is already on my quarterly cleaning schedule. Dirty windows? Do yourself a big favor and call Dean. The price is very fair.

I hired Dean's to clean my windows on my two story house, inside and out, soft pressure wash the exterior of my house, and rescreen some window screens. They arrived timely, cleaned everything satisfactorily, and relaced all of the outside furniture in front and back patios. Highly recommend!

Interior and exterior window cleaning and I specifically asked them to clean the screen tracts. They left them full of dirt. We have used Dean's before but not going forward. Not to mentionun this last crew snapped off two plastic screen tabs and just left the pieces on the ground. I understand the plastic becomes brittle over time and these tabs were indeed brittle. I think just leaving the broken pieces on the ground and not mentioning it was not right. I would have understood them snapping off. I think they just need to be a little more careful and should have told me what happened and to do the job we paid them to do.

Highly recommend Dean's for amazingly sparkly window cleaning. The quote process was zero pressure and Todd (I think I remember his name correctly) was efficient and friendly during the process. Dean cleaned my windows exterior, interior, and screens while working around cats, plants, furniture, and a work from home chaotic day. Incredibly friendly, good vibes, and the cleanest my windows have ever been since they were new! Don't even shop around, these guys are the bees knees!

I’ve had them clean my gutters and roof two years running. Each time they did a great job. Fast and efficient. Thorough and conscientious and polite. I’m planning on using them for gutter cleaning again next year. I might try the window cleaning service next spring.

Dean's did a great job on our windows inside and out and cleaning out the tracks. They also cleaned out our gutters dealing with covers and ice in January weather. Both employees were polite and engaging. This is the third time we have used them.

I am leaving a review because Dean's continues to ask me to. I haven't seen the work; Dean's didn't provide before or after photos with the invoice or other. They were over an hour late and called, but they called after they were already over an hour late. They have a good response to emails, and I was able to schedule via email easily. If they were on time and provided details of the work they did, I would be happy to improve the rating, but I wasn't there, it's a rental house and I can't see in the second story gutter...that's why I needed them....

I am so impressed with the work done! I don't think I realized how dirty and damaged my screens, windows and sliding porch door were. Pretty icky.
Sebastian was the name of the tech who came out to my townhome. He was absolutely fantastic !!! Friendly, articulate, knowledgeable and my favorite --- paid attention to detail. Plus, cleaned up everything on his way out. Nothing was damaged. Very happy with the whole project start to finish. And another shout out to Sebastian !!! Really impressed with that young man. 👏

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Dean’s wash our windows and they did not disappoint. The window tech called ahead to see if it was okay to come early since he was ahead of schedule. He was professional & polite, completing the job in 90 minutes! And he even cleaned the screens!! Our windows look like new. If your windows need washing Dean’s should be your first call :-)
