I recently hired Deans Window Cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and thorough. My windows have never looked better – they sparkle inside and out!

Windows were left dirty with hard water streaks. . I was told by cleaner that it was a separate service to get them clean and would cost $100. Per hr. I had purchased the premium pkg. Never was hard water mentioned. The cleaner said I needed window restoration. I’m confused and Very very disappointed. I paid $324.20 for the Premium Pkg. The cleaner was there 3.5 hrs. Isn’t that close to the cost of cleaning the dirt and hard water????? I thought I was paying for a professional cleaning.

Very impressed with Blue Gander Window cleaning . I had called 4 different cleaners in treasure valley area. They are a Kuna business and I want to keep my business local. One of the other businesses was charging almost twice of what Blue Gander quoted me. The other 2 were 50 and 75.00 more. The guys they sent out were nice and professional in appearance and behavior. No messing around, they were efficient, worked well together and did a great job. If you have never had your windows cleaned professionally, now is the time to see, literally, how sparkling your windows can be. It feels like a brand new home environment. You'll love walking into a home with clean windows. They cleaned the screens and sills also. We will definitely be scheduling for 2 cleanings a year. The crew was friendly and professional, they did a great job as usual on the gutters and windows! They even ran down my idiot dogs after I let them out, I forgot the guys needed the back gate open to get their equipment, so that was on me. 🤦🏻

I hired this company to clean my windows based on good reviews, personal recommendation and fair prices. They were scheduled for 2:15 the Friday before Thanksgiving. They didn't show up or call me. I called the office to see where they were and was told the job before me was taking longer than expected. The guys did not contact me to let me know this. They offered to come later in the evening and I said no because I didn't want people in my house all night. I have A LOT of windows and I knew it would take while. My appointment was rescheduled for Monday at 8 a.m. The guy did not show up until 8:30 and didn't even acknowledge that he was late. This company has zero respect for customer's time or schedule. The job was to wash the inside and outside of all windows, deep clean the tracks and wash the screens. The guy started with the inside. I didn't realize that some windows had hard water. The guy told me at least 3 times that "there was nothing he could do about that" because "he didn't bring any hardwater stuff with him." Shouldn't the work vehicles be fully equipped to handle whatever needs might come up? I thought it was really rude and unprofessional to keep telling me there was nothing he could do to fix the hardwater. At one point he said to me "the tracks are coming clean pretty well". I was reassured to hear this because they were really dirty. When he moved to the outside I checked all of the tracks and was surprised to see that they were all still very dirty. A couple had been wiped down a bit in the middle but the corners had not been touched. I talked to the guy and asked him what he thought deep cleaning included. He told me that he would go back through with tools to get all the corners and clean them really good. After being at my house over 8 hours I was ready to pay him and have him gone. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to inspect the tracks until after he had left. The tracks were still filthy and obviously had not been cleaned. There was also a second floor screen that didn't get cleaned our put back on. There were a few other screens that didn't look like they had been really cleaned as well. I texted pictures to the owner and told him I was really upset and disappointed in this company. His curt response was "we can have someone to your house tomorrow at 8:30". He did not acknowledge the crappy work ethic of the employee or my outrage. I was not reassured that he was taking the complaint seriously. I told him that my out of town company was coming and no, the next day was not going to work. I had already rearranged my entire schedule twice for them. I also had lost trust and faith in the company. I asked for a refund, at least for the track cleaning which was $57. The owner agreed and I received a check a few days later. I appreciated the quick response to the refund, however, the owner should have offered a refund instead of me having to ask. Going forward, I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend it to others.

2024 - Update - Christmas season is over and the lights will be coming down shortly. Another great experience with Blue Gander. Thanks, Team!

2023 / 2024 - Update - We had Pure-Clear install our Christmas lights again this holiday - plus they cleaned our windows twice this year - once in and out, and then again, end of season, just out - fabulous job each time. They'll be comin 1/15 to pull down the lights. We'll probably have the windows cleaned again in and out at least once in 2024 - AND, our lights put up again towards the end of October to get the best possible discount! Call them. Get a Quote. They are great!

2022 Update - Called Pure-Clear, now Blue Gander, to come give an estimate to install Christmas Lights. Bow came the next day and gave us a great deal. His team came the next day and had our lights installed in no time. The house looks great. They'll be back in January to remove them. So much easier than crawling up a ladder to install the lights ourselves! They look great.

2021 - Outstanding service from Payton and Mario. They double checked every window and screen to ensure they were perfect. The were a little early, which was great, and were very professional. This company not only sends you appointment reminders via email and text, they also provide a picture and bio of the technicians who will be coming to your home - along with the date of their background check. Talk about superior service. We will definitely use this company again when the time comes! And they also wash your house and put up Christmas Lights (we'll be getting a quote come October!). Thank you for a great service experience.

The complete service was terrific. The bid was reasonable, the notifications and reminders were helpful. Blake arrived on schedule and did a wonderful and thorough job on our windows inside and out.
