Mike was very knowledgeable about the types of cleaning and educated us on best practice for our carpet. We also had our couch and recliner cleaned. Clean & beautiful!

We only ever use Zerorez for our carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning. Everything dries quickly and the results are fantastic! Jonathan was my technician today and he did a very thorough cleaning.

I think this is the best carpet cleaning I've ever had, not only was it a fair price, but the tech was super nice and thorough. They also bring their own fans to start drying your carpet while they're working on other areas! I paid $250 for quite a few spaces and felt like I got my money's worth, they did the family, living, primary, stairs and a landing area. I plan to book them again. The tech took about 2 and 1/2 hours so I know it was thorough.

Mike (technician) was very knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process steps and offered necessary treatments for my carpets. I did approve some of the treatments and will request them for the remaining rooms in my home at my next year service. Thank you Mike.

Kai did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in one of my rooms after a move-out. He was friendly and energetic. Hope to use him again in the near future!

Zeroes is the greatest! I called them and was able to get an appointment quickly. They were at my house on time, told me about what they were going to do, told me about other services they provide and got busy cleaning my carpet. When he was done it looked marvelous! The people were nice. I had my Couches done and they looked worse than when they started, so they came out again and the guy said if they need to come out for a third time I will have to pay. The Couches are still dirty and they have been out twice. They want me to pay twice to have them cleaned. Awful!! I would not recommend to anyone. The photos are after the first cleaning.

Carpets cleaned again today in 3 rooms. The living room had a couple areas where my big Labrador likes to lay that were noticeably dirty. They look amazing now!

On time, professional, and did a great job 👏 on my carpet that had pet urine on it. It also had a coffee stain that was removed. The urine smell removal is an extra charge but it had to be done. I recommend Rez Zero.

We had the carpets cleaned at our church. We were very pleased with the whole process. Cory came and gave us an estimate and answered all our questions. Victor came and was very prompt. He explained the whole process and what to do, to best care for our carpets. They have large fans they use to help expedite the drying process. Spots that I thought would not come out came clean!

BRYANT was the contractor for our job. There was a lot of wear and tear on the living room carpet. Our furniture was not too bad as shape but it definitely looks better at this point very professional very courteous. I would recommend Bryant at any time.

I'll definitely use Zerorez again! I knocked over an entire container of dark green candlewax. Huge mess, and I thought the carpet was ruined. I couldn't believe it, but they got it all out! My husband and I are amazed. Polite employees, great prices, and they do an excellent job!

I was excited to have our carpets cleaned today by Zerorez. A neighbor recently had his carpets cleaned by Zerorez and was so impressed with the results, he sent the technician Jonathan to come over and tell me about the cleaning process and pricing. I scheduled an appointment after finding out the company uses strong alkaline water, as I understand it is a powerful cleaner, without using chemicals. Jonathan did such a thorough job and the results were amazing. He's a man of excellence and a real pro at his work. I highly recommend Zerorez and Jonathan's carpet cleaning service!

So very pleased with the carpet cleaning Victor did for us. I heard an ad on the radio awhile ago and I was intrigued by the process used by Zerorez. Victor explained everything prior to starting and answered all of our questions. The carpet had not been cleaned in years, so when Victor was finished, I was so amazed. It looks great! Booking was incredibly easy — I was able to schedule within two days and they arrived right on time. They were professional, identified exactly where we had staining from our older dog who had started losing her bladder, and completely removed the spots. The quality of service far exceeded the price — which was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!
