I needed a last-minute cleaning for an event, and they were able to accommodate me. They worked efficiently and left my home looking presentable. Great service.

Daisy Days recently changed ownership and the service has been terrible. They did a poor job cleaning our home the last two times, and two weeks ago the stove still had food spots on it, glass table was smeared etc. I called the office to let them know. I talked to a manger and stated that I wanted them to reduce the price for the next cleaning. She told me she didn't have the authority to do that (a manager doesn't have the authority??) but that she would pass it on to the new owner. I got no return phone call or apology or offer to make it right from the new owner.

Time to move on to another company.

Daisy Days is a wonderful company with great ownership. They are incredibly responsive and give great opportunities to moms who may otherwise have a difficult time putting food on the table. Excellent company to work for/with.

I scheduled Daisy Days for a move out clean if my home. They were ready to schedule with, their pricing is fair and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

As an update, we've been using Fabulously Clean for over a year now and continue to be happy with the service. Most recently Maile cleaned our home and exceeded even what we've come to expect from our regular cleaning. She went above and beyond to make sure that our home was sparkling clean when she left. I hope we'll be fortunate enough to have her clean our home again.

Claire and Brianna cleaned our home and they exceeded our expectations. It made my day to see the house so clean - much cleaner than I've ever gotten it! They were thorough, conscientious, and friendly. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.
Subsequent times our house was cleaned by Ruthie and Kaia and they were both exceptional as well. We have been delighted after each cleaning.

We have been happily cleaned up since having Fabulously Clean come to the house. Claire and Amanda are professional and efficient. They are pleasant to have in the house while they stay focused on getting the job done.

We have been using Fabulous Clean for a year now. Kathryn is fantastic! She is great with our dogs, one follows her everywhere she goes. Any issues that I have had were resolved quickly and professionally (this was only the first couple of cleans).

Updated Review.

I had a bad experience with this company. First, I spoke with Elena who told me that before setting up a regular cleaning schedule, a deep clean was required. My house wasn't really in need of a deep clean, but I said Okay. She said it would take between 12-14 hours, from 8am to 8or10pm, for two cleaners. I asked if it was 12-14 hours each, rather than total, and she said yes. The price range was $750-$900.

On the day of the cleaning, cleaners showed up on time and did a great job, but like I said -- the house didn't really need a deep cleaning. Three cleaners spent about 3 hours each, a total of 8 hours and 52minutes of cleaning. I called Elena to see how this would impact the quoted price, since the work was about 30% of the estimate, I assumed the price would be adjusted accordingly.

I was told, no, the price range was $775-$899. I told her, sure, for 24-28 hours of work. I'll skip to the chase because I talked with Elena for 45 minutes and made like ZERO progress in that conversation. Basically she told me I was too dumb to understand what she was saying. I talked to the office manager, Megan, and she told me the maximum they would charge is $62/hour, which put my cost around $550.

So I left a review and was subsequently contacted by the owner, Joann, who regrets my conversation with Elena. And it was a nice enough conversation, but they're still going to keep my money, thanks.

The fact is, I was quoted $775-$899 for 24-28 hours of work, which made me think that the cleaner would be about $38 per hour, so I agreed to the work. After the work was completed, Elena asserted they would be charging me $775 for 9 hours of work -- more than double what I expected the rate to be. Megan and Joann came in with a price that was still 60% higher than the original quote.

I was told that Elena needs some training. Great.

The bottom line is that this company quoted me a price that implied an hourly rate, then tried to charge me 120% higher than that, and ultimately settled on a price 60% higher than the quote. It took a lot of time and energy and just was not worth the effort. I'm glad Elena is getting some extra training, because she ripped me off to the tune of a couple hundred bucks.

I requested to cancel my account, and that the company delete all of my information. This request was a week ago, they still retain my name, email address, phone number, physical address, and credit card information. They have not honored my request to delete my information from their database.

So:
1. Misleading quote from rogue employee.
2. Take the money anyway.
3. Don't honor request for data deletion.

I will say, the house cleaners did a great job. They showed up on time and left the house in great condition. Everything else was a dumpster fire.

Two months later, update: they're still texting me and emailing me solicitations after I asked them to delete all of my information. So after they rip you off, they don't even have the decency to do a clean break up. Never work with this company, and you probably shouldn't date them either. 😘

We have been having our house cleaned by Fabulously Clean for 3 years now. As a company they are so wonderful and so thorough. Always responsive if we have a need or a concern. Tara is our current cleaner and she does an immaculate job every time. She always takes care down to the tiniest details and she always has a smile on her face. Kaiya always does such beautiful work cleaning our home. She is exceptionally attentive to detail from finding dust in small corners to big things like floors and counter tops. She also adds the sweetest touches, like fluffing our pillows and setting our toddler’s stuffies up across her bed. Thank you so much for all that you do Kaiya!! ❤️

I really have been so impressed and grateful for fabulous clean service. They are very reasonably priced with the type of clean you get. I have been using them for over 3 months now and I don’t plan on stopping. Shout out to Kaiya for doing my bi weekly cleanings. She always makes coming home feel so much less stressful seeing how the house always looks so refreshed and clean. She’s very sweet and always able to understand my chaos inside the house at times. The Fabulously Clean team that did the initial deep clean in our home was very professional and thorough. Max, Aly, and Ruthie came in with plan, and did not waste any time getting the job completed. Our home is 2-story and 2200 sq ft, and they were able to complete it in 4 hours. They did an excellent job. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a completely clean home. They do great work.
