Just had my initial cleaning and couldn't be happier. The team did a great job! So nice to come home to a clean home! Highly recommended!

Tried to call about services and pricing. The lady was very short with me. They won't even talk to you "unless they have seen the place" and will not do anything with you until then.

If they can't be courteous over the phone what makes me think they will be any better in person?

Quite honestly the worst cleaning company out there. Not only is the management rude but the owners don’t even help their workers or take credit for being the reason this company is so washed out. My clean was unprofessional and extremely expensive for what I got. Please do not use this company the girls are great and friendly and I’m sure they’re not paid enough and that’s probably why my clean was done how it was.

WOW !!! These people are THE BEST !!... Prompt, Friendly, Professional, Hard Working, and just damn good !!!! This is the cleanest we have ever seen our house, top to bottom. (and we are very particular) Absolutely 100% reommended.

Have only been a customer for a short time, but I am extremely pleased with the service to date. I love that there is managerial oversight and that the women who have come have been so professional. It is a pleasure to come home to a clean house and to have it done effectively and efficiently!

Girls are underpaid & dont care about doing a good enough job. They said they had to stay for the whole times even though they were done cleaning the house. So they sat in the car outside the house. The company just cares about getting paid & not how good of a job is done.

Ugh...when they show up as they're supposed to, they're fine but every few months (COVID aside) there's an issue...and today was just flat out not showing up. After several hours past their "normal" time (which we're used to them missing anyway), we called to see what was up. Were told they called and left a message (we had a missed call an hour past their time but didn't leave a message) and texted (a landline) that they were short staffed, had people call out and were unable to make it today. They can't get back until the next scheduled time in two weeks. Oh and here's $10 off your next cleaning for the trouble. Seriously?! Done. Time to find new cleaners.

This company is outstanding! We had them bid a job for our remodeling company and not only were we pleased, but the homeowner was thrilled. They are 5 stars in every single area possible.

I was soooooo happy with my first clean (deep clean)!!! Hayleigh and Carlie did an exceptional job! They were friendly, professional and eager to please. I'm looking forward to seeing them again for my next clean.

On my 20th clean and so far so good. I am a very picky person about how my house is cleaned and no complaints so far! They also bring enough people to clean the house. I hate when one person comes to clean a 6,000 sq ft house and this never happens with Happy Homes!

For the $640 I prepaid, I expected my move out cleaning to be as perfect as it could be. It nearly went as expected. The secondary charge of $640 I just woke up to seeing is entirely unwarranted. 2 closets were intentionally skipped. The cleaners simply shut the doors I had left open and out of sight, out of mind. Now, I'm 1400 miles away.

I have been a client of Happy Homes Maids for ~2.5 years. Gillian and the ladies at Happy Homes have been AMAZING and I would never consider trusting another company in my home! I Highly recommend this professional cleaning service to all!

Happy Homes has come to our home 3 times and every time it has been a disappoint! The girls skip out on things and do things half butt. Its really annoying that I get charged for them to put sheets on a bed but yet the girls don't even hook the sheets under the mattress. Also they don't tuck the flat sheet under the mattress even a hotel staff knows how to make a bed correctly. They have told me every time they have cleaned my breakfast room table, just because you wipe it with a damp rag doesn't make it clean. Sometimes you need to grab a sponge and scrub. The first time they were doing a DEEP CLEAN the girls skipped out a everything trying to bail out in 2 hours of cleaning a 3500 square foot home,. I called in they sent somebody to audit which was nice and sad to see just how much the girls were trying to skip out on. I was getting charged $299 for a deep clean which was not that until the manger came. The girls lie saying they do stuff then skip it out like: wiping down dressers, cleaning around toilets, if there is a toy on the rug they vacuum around it verses picking it up, if you have 4 dishes in your sink they will skip not clean it serious the list is endless. I have had to call every week to complain about something not being done. It is so disheartening that a company can not guarantee that there girls are doing a good job and not representing this company in a great way. I have cameras in my home and I am temped to watch through them just to see what they didn't do. They also said they would have somebody come out and audit this week and nobody showed. For the amount they charge I should never have to call and complain. We used to have a gal come and clean she charged about 1/3 less and I never had to say anything ever. Seriously would not recommend this complain unless they can pull out a miracle to fix this all and guarantee there girls are going to do the job right the first time.

UPDATE: I would like to update my the status on my review. I was hoping to have give the Happy Home Maids the chance to show me what there company was really about with making their clients happy. Well upon me writing my review they did send a lady out to correct some of the issues that I hadn't already fixed. Which was nice and the gal did a great job. So we were happy to give them a couple more shots in hope that I would be removing my review to give them a positive one. Well that was not the case. This morning I got a call from them telling me that the team would not be here to clean tomorrow because had not changed my review and they think it would be best to cut ties. The gal included to tell me I was a difficult which I thought was extremely rude! I then told them that I was hoping that the girls were coming and going to do an amazing job that why I could update my review. She then stated that I couldn't have already updated review after the girl came out. I said I was planning on updating it after the girls came out to clean. I found it funny that instead of trying to stand and say we are going to really do a great job they wanted to cut ties as if they weren't confident in there work. Even when the manager came out to correct the problem my husband told her if we could just get the say team out it would be good. I must say that Happy Home Maids is a disappoint they are a small family owned company who if you write them a bad review they will then cancel your service if you don't change your review on there schedule. If this was a bigger corp the heat that would come back from this would be crazy not to mention telling somebody they were difficult. Also I would like to mention the people in review their Facebook are all family members and owners. FRom a marketing stand point you just shot yourself in the foot because this review has not chance of changing. Which is sad.

Great company! Happy Homes went above and beyond the call of duty! They took time to scrub some stubborn stains from my floor that I worked on numerous times and never could get out! I'm so impressed! Spotless house, quick service. No problems! Love that they're family owned and so easy to work with!

Happy Homes has been cleaning my home for years and they never disappoint! Very detail-oriented. I love coming home and finding everything spotless. I Highly recommend them. 5 stars aren't enough, I give them 10 stars.

I just got off the phone with Kamella and she was fantastic. She was willing to give a "very rough" estimate for a move-out clean based on square footage, the length of time we've lived here and a few other factors. I don't expect the price to be spot on, and I was clear with her about that. I just wanted to get an idea of how their rates work and once she understood that I was just looking for a very ballpark estimate, she was willing to give me very basic rates.

Based solely on the happy customers who have posted previous reviews as well as the friendly customer service over the phone, I plan to go ahead with this company. It may become a regular thing in our next home too, again, based on this first phone call.

I felt the need to share since there are people who have been unsatisfied with the company because they wouldn't give a quote over the phone. I find that places like this will help you understand their rate structure if you are willing to be flexible with the quote. You can't expect a spot on quote on a site-unseen property, after all. Your version of clean and mine might be much different, and that's part of the quote process also.
