I had my house deep cleaned , and they did a fantastic job. Even organized my refrigerator after they cleaned it! I haven’t seen my stove this clean in years ! I will definitely be using them every Spring for deep cleaning!

We had Boise Clean Pro clean our house twice before two separate events. Our first clean was awesome and everything was cleaned top to bottom. It was nice to walk into a fresh smelling home and also to see how clean everything was during the 5 hour cleaning service. After our second service I had a few concerns about the cleanliness of our master shower and guest bathtub. The manager Nick was quick to response to my email and said they would be back the next day to reclean those bathrooms. Unfortunately the person who was suppose reclean couldn’t make it and Nick himself came to our house Friday evening to clean the shower and bathtub himself before our Saturday event. I believe Boise Clean Pro deserves the 5 star review even after our concerns because of their exceptional customer service to make things right. Thank you Boise Clean Pro

It is so nice to come home to a crisp clean house. My wife LOVES these gals. I am so glad I pulled the trigger and hired a professional cleaning company, and Boise Clean Pro are THE professionals. We recently had personnel from Boise Clean Pro come to the house to do a cleaning. The office kept us informed as to the time we could expect the cleaners to arrive. The very pleasant lady arrived on time and was ready to go to work. The cleaning was accomplished with a minimum of disruption to our routine. About midway through the time allotted a representative of Boise Clean Pro came to the house to check on the progress and see if there were any concerns or special needs. We feel the house was cleaned to our satisfaction and will definitely have them return

BCP did an excellent job on my deep clean 4 days ago. I am especially pleased with their attention to detail.

Our electronics, TV's, windows, mirrors and shower doors all sparkle. Even all the doggie nose prints are gone! I will be scheduling a regular cleaning going forward. Highly recommend!

We had the team at Boise Clean Pro come in to a house that had been being used as a male transitional leaving home and do a top to bottom cleaning, as well as, a complete carpet cleaning. Our expectations of resurrecting the carpets were pretty low as they were very dirty. The team not only did a superior job of cleaning, but were able to make the carpets look great again. They couldn't do anything about the age of them, but they are 100% better than I ever thought they would be! We will make the team at Boise Clean Pro our go to company from now on!

We recently started using Boise Clean Pro to clean our rental properties as they turn over. One property that we recently acquired, demanded heavy duty cleaning due to years of smoking and just complete filth. The Boise Clean Pro team worked miracles- cleaning every nook and cranny in the property. We were able to salvage a stove, refrigerator and ceiling fan due to their deep cleaning diligence. Highly recommend!

It was great!!! We had to have a little bit of a redo because the carpets were so dirty in the first place that it didn't get cleaned completely the first time. Keith came back and went over the stained areas with a special treatment and the carpets are much cleaner that we expected was even possible. Thank you so much. I was very pleased with the punctuality and professionalism of the team that cleaned my house. I don't have a real need to have my entire house cleaned just certain areas. The girls listened to my needs and were able to make adjustments to ensure that my priorities were their priorities. I recommend them and will be using them again.

Nick (manager) is absolutely AWESOME to work with! He hires teams who are kind, professional and know how to get everything done that I ask and more! They are the only cleaning service I have trusted to be in my house without me there, absolutely recommend them!

UPDATE* After my first 1-star review, the manager was quick to give me a call and find out the reason, she seemed genuine and sincere in her effort to find out how the cleaners failed and to remedy the situation. Two different cleaners came a month later to do another cleaning and they did a much better job. The two gals did a great job dusting, leaving things as I would expect, and working the entire time they were scheduled, which was much appreciated. I give 4-stars now for the customer service, I appreciate their quick response and efforts to remedy the situation, but dependability is key when you are paying for a service, especially when you may not be present to monitor the job being done, I see great value in being able to trust the job being done correctly every time. Thank you for coming out again and showing that you value customer satisfaction.

I had my house cleaned yesterday, paid for a one-time deep cleaning for 3.5 hours. I am glad I got home before they left, as I noticed many things that were not completed or not done right, I saw dust in several places still, after it had "been done." I liked that the website said they clean up pet areas and do the base boards, but mine were not done. The bathroom where my cat's litter box was looked like it was not done at all, the mat was not even vacuumed, the bathroom base boards weren't touched. They were ready to leave one hour in and my son's downstairs bedroom had not been dusted or vacuumed. After the first hour when I started pointing things out that were missed only one of them was working at any given time, so no, I did not get my 3.5 hours worth (that is 1 hour 45 mins with two gals). I appreciate the one gal in the purple shirt that was sweating and working hard to fix what was missed, the other gal was kind, but admitted she was new and I understand that, but I wish she would have at least shown some hustle like the other lady. I do not know what was done that first hour downstairs since my son's room was not done, but I did notice my son's toothpaste was cleaned up and I thought that was weird as a toothpaste tube is kind of personal thing, I would have rather had her spend the time cleaning the bathroom. I lifted the seat and neither of the lids had been wiped. The stairs were not vacuumed. The purple shirt lady did an amazing job on the kitchen sink, but then the back kitchen counter was not even wiped as there was dust and crumbs on it. It reached the point where they looked ready to leave (one outside with the car on and the other vacuuming my son's room) and I was frankly tired of pointing things out and so they left and I spent the next two hours cleaning what they did not or doing what they did again. Not worth the money if I have to take my time to walk through and point out obvious things, for that I could have cleaned it myself. I understand people are calling in and new, but I would rather have had two experienced cleaners come another day than just the one for the price. Sadly I will not be using them again.

Absolutely recommend this cleaning company! They provide a very high level of customer service rarely seen, not to mention the cleaning was very thorough. The manager Nick really saved my hide since another local company flat out no called-no showed on my job (wont mention name here) and he jumped through hoops last minute to help me.
