Just became a new client of Boise Premier Cleaning. We have a short term rental (vrbo/airbnb) and Amber was so helpful getting all set up! We've operated for a few years now and she's been the best cleaning service we've worked with. All the areas that are important to me for making a home ready for guests are covered and also highly important to Boise Premier Cleaning. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for peace of mind and a super clean home!

I have found Boise Premier to be prompt in setting appointments and thorough in cleaning my house. Before I found them, it was very hard just to find a cleaning company in the area that could even keep enough staff to make and keep cleaning appointments. Boise Premier, in contrast, has been remarkably reliable. And when they aren't there to take my call, they always get back to me quickly when I leave a message.

I recently tried Boise Premier Cleaning after a long break from house cleaners. We tried house cleaners in the past that did a decent job, but we always in the end ended up cancelling the cleanings after a couple and doing it ourselves to make sure we had a more thorough clean.

I will not be cancelling Boise Premier Cleaning! The cleaner is always on time and does an amazing job. My house takes a 3 hour clean and she literally cleans for the full 3 hours to the minute! She utilizes every minute you pay for to give you the best clean possible. They really dust and wipe down mostly everything in the house, Vacuumed the dog hair off my couch. They even change your sheets and make your bed look like you live in a hotel! They even wiped down the interior of my trash can when emptying the trash.

My husband and I both like a clean house, and neither of us have anything negative to say about these cleaners. Our cleaner Letti is so sweet and kind to our kids, and makes the house look tidy and neat. The other day I came home with a throw pillow I had purchased from the store and threw it on the couch as I was unloading groceries. As Letti was leaving she placed it on the couch in a neat way as to make it look good on the couch. Little things like this make all the difference to me in combination with a thorough clean.

Amber, the owner, is amazing and makes you feel comfortable to give constructive feedback. I also felt super comfortable to discuss the clean with Letti afterwards to make sure the cleaning was exactly what I wanted.

I also purchased a cleaning for my sister as a gift. She has also tried many house cleaners in the past and was very happy with it.

10/10! I would definitely recommend Boise Premier Cleaning to all!

Scheduled a deep clean of my residence with Boise Premier Cleaning, here are my pros and cons.

Pros: easy to schedule, transparent on what would be included as I received a checklist prior to the clean which was helpful, the women who showed up were nice, and were able to point out any areas that would be considered ‘clutter’. I am mentioning this as one of my biggest anxieties was leaving my house with strangers inside of it. Upon meeting, speaking with, and working from home for about an hour and a half I felt as comfortable as I was going to feel leaving the house. My final pro is that in most of the spaces that were included in the clean I have been easy to maintain as it’s already been almost 2 weeks since the deep clean.

Cons: there was no post clean communication; not an invoice or receipt after charging the card, not a note of damage that they had noticed while cleaning or areas that were especially hard to clean outside of a sticky note with just one line about a particular area. Not the end of the world but if I’m investing in continued cleaning that’s something I’d be looking for. There were also some line items on the checklist specific to the deep cleaning that were missed the first time. Then when they came back to correct those missing items some of those exact same line items were again missed.

Overall although I will keep looking for a service to work with I am mostly pleased with the clean I received and the service from all parties I interacted with.

Amber and her team were great to work with, start to finish. The two women with Boise Premier did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home. We are a house with pets, kids and full time working household that has left us little time to cleaning in the evenings. Coming home to a clean house was definitely worth the extra expense. Amber and her team care about each individual families particular expectations. Thank you, Boise Premier Cleaning for being accommodating and doing a wonderful job cleaning our home.

I am very happy that I found Boise Premier Cleaning to provide cleaning and turn-over services for my short-term rental. The owner Amber was very helpful when setting up the rental, not only with supplies and amount of linens to buy, but also giving me advice on which smart locks work best for other short-term rental hosts. Amber is always very responsive when scheduling cleanings and the cleaners reach out to directly when they have questions, which I greatly appreciate. So far we've hosted about 20 groups of guests and there has never been an issue with cleanliness.

After trying several different services and having independent cleaners close up I finally tried Boise Premier. They have been so great to work with and consistent! While a little pricier than I’m used to I’ve found it’s in line with current market pricing and worth any premium to have reliable, trustworthy, and thorough cleaners. We’ve been fortunate to have a consistent “crew” who has taken the time to get to know our house and preference. The office staff and quality folks are top notch. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve used Boise Premier for over a year now. I’ve never had any concerns about the cleaning. They do a wonderful job. Communication with them is excellent. I always get a call if they are going to be late. I trust them in my home by themselves. I would highly recommend Boise Premier to anyone looking for housekeeping.

I had my first cleaning with Boise Premiere Cleaning and the entire experience was so wonderful! They checked in with me beforehand to make sure that showing up a bit earlier was okay and they did a FABULOUS job cleaning (we have 3 dogs that shed a massive amount). The floors and floor boards can accumulate quite a bit of dog hair and they somehow were able to make them look like no dogs live here 😀. They even checked in with how the cleaning was and offered to adjust some things if needed and even requested to clean the outside of the slider, even if it meant dealing with our pups for a bit. It was just so nice to come to a clean house and also treated like I was the only client they had. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've been been Boise Premier Cleaning for over a year now and absolutely love them. Amber is the owner and she's very professional, communicative, and kind. They've been cleaning our home and my parents home and do a wonderful job. My Mom recently passed away and Amber had flowers sent to me as soon as she found out. I hired Boise Premier Cleaning to clean our house while I am recuperating from hip replacement surgery. From the beginning they have been fantastic at communicating with me. I receive reminders of our appointment timeframe, a text from the cleaners letting me know they will arrive soon, and another one when they are about to wrap up. They are efficient and do a great job. Last week our cleaner Ahlea even wrapped up early and asked if there was anything extra she could do. Now that is great customer service!

Grace most consistently cleans her home and I am always giddy when her car pulls up on our cleaning day.
