I have been using Boise Premier Cleaning since I went back to work. They are amazingly professional and reliable and I don't know how I could survive now without their help cleaning our home. Every clean is to the high standards that I expect and appreciate. Thank you for doing an exceptional job!

Amber and her team are amazing! I’ve been using them for about six months and love coming home to a clean house after a long day at work. When we started, there were a couple things that were important to me that got missed and Amber was on top of it! She communicated with her team, fixed the problems, and it’s been great ever since.

Every homeowner is different and what’s important to you will vary. But I attest that Amber and her team are here to make you happy, clean you home well, and ensure you are satisfied with their work. They are friendly, kind, and thorough. I appreciate having this service so my time is free for other things. Worth the investment!

Several times we have requested an alternate day and they have always accommodated our needs. Any issues that have come up they have been very pleasant and eager to correct.

My experience with Boise Premier Cleaning has been amazing! The time they book is more then enough to get to all the items on their check list for each room. The cleaner that we had is very fast, efficient and such a sweetheart! Having someone come into our home and take on the chore of cleaning and take that off of us is just the best feeling!

Houston cleaned my house from top to bottom and WOW — I’m not sure it’s ever been this clean 😍 Every corner sparkles, every surface shines, and my house actually smells like clean instead of “I tried.” It feels brand new all over again. Used the cleaning service 2 years ago, they did a great job!

2 years later, I get an email that is extremely sketchy and seems to be a phishing attempt, as well as a text, and 2 calls using an AI voice, promising a "$50 credit on your account". I dont know if this is a marketing attempt to get people to come back, or if their company got compromised by hackers. Either way its a very uncomfortable use of personal information and I do not appreciate it in the slightest.

I tried to call and get some answers, but all I got was a voicemail.

Whether this is a phishing attempt or a dumb marketing ploy, I won't be using their services ever again, and I highly reccomend others do the same.

Alexis did such a great job cleaning my house today. I warned her that the stove was really a mess. I'd had soup that bubbled over and burned, and I couldn't get it off. She did though.

Cyera has been doing such a great job we have requested her to clean our house regularly. Always appreciate how thorough of a job she does.

Blake did a wonderful job. He came on time, was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do, gave me a quote on the spot for more work (carpet cleaning our stairs) and what we had originally booked for (4 dining room chairs), was very personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond. Thank you for doing such a good job. We will definitely be return clients.
