He was very professional, experienced, and patient. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and quickly found the problem. He even showed me the amount of buildup inside the chimney.
The pricing was very fair, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Thank you for the excellent service I definitely recommend this company

Brandon from Boise Chimney came over, inspected and cleaned our chimney/fireplace. Explained the way our insert and air return worked - for example it doesn’t use a grate - I was about to go buy one. Nice guy, no mess, very helpful.
