Brandon Peterson was at the home we just purchased for about 2 1/2 hours. During that time he cleaned chimney, examined the fireplace, corresponding pipe on roof and crawled into attic to check it there as well. All around great experience with Brandon & Boise Chimney Co! When our HVAC guy told us we couldn’t use our furnace until it gets replaced, I called and left BCC a message asking for an urgent chimney inspection and sweep, since we hadn’t done that since moving into our house a few months ago. It’s January so we were worried our pipes would freeze and break without heat. Brandon called me back right away and within 30 minutes he was at our house. Mind you, he was the only chimney company to call me back about our problem. Very thorough chimney inspection, which he provided us a report/pictures. He got our chimney cleaned up, and made sure we had a fire going before he left. All around nice guy and great experience! Highly recommend! Will be calling him for future chimney needs! Thank you so much! We’ve been loving our fireplace!

Boise Chimney returned my inquiry for service and immediately put us on his schedule.
He showed up when he said he would and was super respectful.
I told him he didn't need to use his protection booties over his shoes because he had to keep putting them on and taking them off. He declined to skip that process even after multiple times of me saying that.
He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He showed and provided us pictures and video of our fireplace and chimney and cleaned up like a boss.
We will have him return when we need our chimney, fireplace serviced.

He used some really impressive equipment to thoroughly inspect my wood stove and chimney and he found things that were definite safety issues that the previous inspector didn't find when we bought the house. His recommendations were precise and reasonable, he took a lot of time to answer all of my questions, and he even recommended other companies to me in case I needed a second opinion regarding repairs. Highly recommend! Was able to schedule us right away. Thorough service. Well priced. We have a wood burning fire place that hadn’t been serviced in a while. Such a great experience with Boise chimney! Brandon was prompt, professional and did a really great job explaining to us all the elements of our chimney, fireplace, and how to manage all the aspects. We had a high build up of creosote from previous owners. Our chimney looked brand new when he as done! He even took time to let our kids watch the inspection/cleaning and he patiently explained to them and engaged them in the process too. I feel so much more confident about our safety after our inspection and would highly recommend this company!
