Our office heater went out over the weekend and we didn't discover it until 7am Monday. Drake was able to schedule an emergency service for us and the tech was here within 45 minutes.
He was extremely polite, professional, and was able to restore our heat very quickly. He was knowledgeable and explained what had gone wrong. Was very pleased.

We recently hired Drake Mechanical to inspect and repair the radiant heat system in our shop. From the beginning, they were prompt and professional. They arrived when they said they would and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Kevin and his assistant worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. The upgrade should add life and efficiency to our system. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical skill with excellent customer service. We’d highly recommend.

We are extremely happy with Drake Mechanical and our Technician Kevin, who assisted us in a tremendously stressful time when our AC Unit had suddenly Failed which opened a can of worms, a trickle down effect leading to a slew of other issues under our home that were completely unexpected and unbeknownst to us.
He was kind enough to stop by pm his way home after a long day at work. He walked us through what our best options were, recommending only what we needed explaining everything with such professionalism and care ensuringall our questionsand concerns were answered. When the job hit a standstill due to unexpected complications, resulting in other companies being needed before the work could move forward and the heat rising to 100° being extremely sensitive to heat myself, Kevin brought me a Portable AC to use until the job could be completed to alleviate any medical stress. He saved my Life!
I can't express enough gratitude and appreciation for Kevin's assistance. His kindness and thoroughness is unmeasurable during this process from start to finish. He worked well with other business Technicians to sort out details and complications with our systems. We feel such a relief knowing we have a functioning AC system before the summer heat kicks in. He helped understand the estimates, gave us clear choices and set us up with affordable financing options.

Spoke with Rebecca, manager of Drake Mechanical about the high quote and the wrong diagnostic of the exhaust fan problem.
Tech Jesse Fayes diagnosed a bad fan and quoted almost $2200 for a new motor replacement. A new Dayton 6K321BF only cost $353 and the problem was not even the motor. The problem was with the AC Contactor, a $50 part.
And that diagnostic charge was $227

We were having low water pressure from our kitchen faucet and tried changing the cartridge and the wand and a few other things with no success. Thomas Conley came out and fixed problem within an hour. Now our water pressure is back to normal and we are extremely happy. Thomas is very professional and knowledgeable. Needed a boiler serviced and had Drake Mechanical out before as I knew they serviced residential boilers. The office was busy when first called and left a message and they called back the same day. Super easy to get scheduled and very professional from first call to completion or service. Bryce the boiler tech was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and completed the service quickly and efficiently. They took the time to walk through everything they serviced and also adjusted the price from the original quote because some items were not required as they were functioning correctly and was deducted from the total. Would highly recommend Drake for plumbing and mechanical service.
