Colton from Ashley Heating air came to our house due to the furnace not calling for heat. After a few minutes, he was able to diagnose, clean, and fix our furnace. He is pretty knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for being on cal and helping us Colton.

Ashley installed new energy efficient furnace and AC units. Installers were both very professional and pleasant to work with. Job site was completely cleaned up before they left. Would totally recommend this company!

We had a great experience with the folks at Ashley Heating Air and Water Systems. Dane Degraff answered all of our questions during the bidding process. He also sent a technician out as a complimentary service to assess whether we might save our furnace for a little while longer. The technician who examined everything had detailed pictures of the cracks in our heat exchanger so that we could see the proof of damage. Many companies in Boise are now owned by private equity firms that do not care about customers. Those companies will try to talk you into replacing a full system when you might only need an AC. That is not the case with Ashley. They also were the only company that was willing to discuss cash discounts and closeout models without being dodgy. The install was very professional as well. The techs were super helpful as they walked us through the updates to city code on our new system, as well as maintenance tips. We're very thankful for their help, given that it is such a huge expense when a home HVAC system fails completely. Would use again! 😀

Ashley heating and Air gave me a second opinion on a maintenance issue i received on my system, I had a minor repair instead of a major repair. They scheduled me within a week to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company for their integrity.

They came out the day after Christmas to get the system temporarily up and running. They followed up with the final repair a few days later. Their team members are always punctual, clean, and courteous. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so. They are true professionals.

UPDATE AGAIN: Had a dryer vent emergency and Payton was out the next day to fix it AND clean our vent while he was here. Great pricing, very respectful of our property and Payton is a solid addition to the company. Thank you again!

UPDATE: Just used them again for no hot water in our house and water in the catch pan under our water heaters. Called a few minutes after 5am and Colton got a hold of me, came by within the hour and diagnosed a leaking water softener. Colton was GREAT and very knowledgeable. Within another three hours (all at or before 9am on the same day), had Glen out at the house sizing and pricing a new water softener system. Again! Great service and I am so happy I have a service contract with them. 24/7 service = can't beat the service this company provides. THANK YOU again.

We have a service contract for many years with Ashley's and it is so worth it. They are always available for us 24/7 (and we've had to use the after hours service twice now). When our AC went out, they came right out, diagnosed the issue and loaned us two brand new swamp coolers until a new unit was installed. They set them up and made sure we were comfortable before they left. The next time was an overflowing expansion tank on our water heater in our garage. They fast tracked us and took care of us quickly with only one night of no water. Great experience with Ashley still.

I had 4 guys from Ashley Heating and Air to my home, cleaning ducts and installing a new furnace and ac. They were great! They were here for over 8 hours, were very courteous, thorough and professional. They explained what they did, showed me how to use the new thermostat and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Ashley!

When I was checking around about a new water softener, I ran across Ashley Heating Air & Water Systems. I checked them out on line and liked what I saw! I called and I am so happy I did.
First we met Glen Williams and he spent some time explaining what their water system would do. He also talked to us about a whole home humidifier.
Right now I am sitting in total comfort and can actually breathe properly :)
The worker bees were wonderful! They said they would be here at 8am Friday. They showed up promptly at 8 and had everything installed and cleaned up in about 3 hours! The humidifier puts out steam via our furnace vents and it is incredible!

I never do this but when you run across a company that is honest, has integrity and goes above and beyond for its customers, it by far is ASHLEY HEATING AIR AND WATER SYSTEMS! A big shout out to Colton Hoskins! We had a glitch in our system and with one phone call, he was here and had us up and running! We love the systems, the water softner and above all the whole team! They scheduled me for a next day appointment, the technician arrived early and had the repair work done in 30 minutes. He wore coverings on his shoes, assessed the situation with my furnace to me, and explained what needed to be done to repair the issue. I have used Ashley now a number of times for repair or preventative maintenance at this address and have never had regrets or disappointment with their prices and service.

We have been customers of Ashley Heating for years! They are honest & hardworking and never try and upsell us for something that isn’t needed. Our furnace stopped running and Kelly came out on a Sunday to see what was the issue. He promptly ordered a new control board and was here on Tuesday to swap out the old one. He is thorough, knowledgeable and got us fixed up in no time! Our furnace is pushing 15 years, so I appreciate not being pushed to replace the furnish but rather tackle the issue! This is my first experience with this company. So its always a little nerve racking that you didn't pick the right company. It is not often that I am impressed with the over all service these days.
