I would recommend this company to everyone. They have been so helpful and friendly and easy to work with. Chris who installed our heat pump is an awesome person, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dane the salesman was also very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to us. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Our pilot light went out this morning so we called as soon as they opened. By afternoon Kelly showed up and was SO kind and knowledgeable. He quickly found our issue and got to work. His communication and overall professionalism was excellent. It’s always nerve wracking for me to have people I don’t know in my home, but Kelly was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Colton was awesome. Simple fix from a previous service tech(different industry)earlier in the day. He took the extra time to check out our system to make sure everything was good. Very courteous young man. Will request him every time!

Colton did a great job. He was out twice, once for a warranty repair (he had the part on the truck) and once for a scheduled fall service. I was very happy with the work. Good communication, on time and great work. He went beyond the usual, even cleaning the outside of our HVAC cabinet in the garage.

Colton and John were our installers. They were awesome. Great guys. They were very neat cleaned up their work area, explained all about the installation and operation of the units to us. So far the units are working great and are quiet. Herbie was great helping us plan out where the most efficient places were to put the units. We're very happy that we chose Ashley Air for the units.

Ashley sent a great group of guys to install new Trane HVAC and bath vent fan. They were on time, careful of my 2 doggies trying to get in on the action, & cleaned up nicely. As for the work itself Ashley gives 5 yr warranty for labor and it’s a NATE trained shop. They’ve maintained our 17 yr old system for the last 8 years. But we decided it was time to banish the R22 ac, and glad we did! New unit is quieter—which wouldn’t be hard. Todays crew was very patient w answering our questions and explained how to best utilize the system. Like many major home replacements labor quality is half the battle. We feel confident in the guys work today.

Kelly from Ashley heating was on time, professional and fast. I watched him go through the trouble shooting steps methodically and it led him to a timely resolution for us. Well done!!👍🏻

I have used Ashley heating and cooling for over 11 years many times and when a new face comes, I am amazed they are as equipped with knowledge and are pure gentlemen. Colton and Jacob ran a gas line for me with no exception to that mind set!
