Our twenty-five year old HVAC system was in need of replacement. I contacted TSS home Comfort and Robin arrived to provide us with an estimate. He measured our house and all of the windows an gave us a written estimate. He took the time to explain the ratings for the AC and the gas furnace. Robins estimate was VERY competitive with two other estimates that I received. I had a few questions the next day and contacted TSS and Robin returned my call within an hour. We decided to have TSS replace our system and called and talked to Carolyn and she scheduled us within two days! Aaron, Zack, and Philip arrived on time (they called letting us know that they were on their way) with everything that they needed to complete the installation and went right to work. During the installation I had a few questions and all three of them happily took the time to answer them. All three of them were very professional but also very friendly. I commented that they were having too good of a time working. Upon completion Aaron spent time with us describing operation of the system and said if we had ANY questions to please give them a call. We were so impressed with their installation we signed up for their yearly maintenance program.
I know this is a long review but to give a short review without details wouldn't be fair to TSS or their employees.

TSS is awesome! Aaron was by far the best service/repair person I’ve encountered. Multiple times now Aaron has helped us with heating and air emergencies and he’s there in less than a day and already knows what needs to be done. Instead of just fixing the issue; today was our AC unit, he went through everything and made sure our AC unit was clean, filters were replaced and we were aware of what service/maintenance we need to make sure happens to extend the life of our system. Thank you Aaron! TSS, this guy is incredible! 👏🏼

2 stars only because the service tech was polite. I'm stuck on the other side of the planet and these people charged me 400 to change a 20 dollar capacitor. Which didnt fix the issue, when i got time to look into it myself it was actually a bad contactor. Which i was able to explain to my wife how to install for 12 bucks. Would not recommend !

Johnny did an outstanding job on my 3300 sq ft two story home. Annual furnace Maintenance.Two furnaces. He was very thorough and did a great job!

Furnace was acting poorly on New Year's Day. Since we used them a year ago for our annual service and liked Western's service, called and scheduled a non-emergency inspection/repair for the next morning. Got notified who was coming, Christopher Corkill, and was called by Christopher 30 minutes before he arrived. He quickly ID'ed and fixed the issue. Also noted that our water heater pressure tank was bad, so we replaced it as well (I know about these as we had to replace one at our last house, and our neighbor is replacing his as it is also bad and of the same age). Happy with Christopher's attitude and abilities. Will use Western again.

We used Western heating and air for an after hours furnace issue, they were prompt and fixed the problem well. They provided follow up care instructions and were up front about pricing! Todd was informative and friendly! Would recommend!

Western Heating & AC came out to clean our ducts after we had some repairs and restoration done on our house. Chris, the owner, was very nice and explained the process. He got me on their schedule very quickly. The technicians, Chaston and Guy, were very pleasant and did a very thorough job. They were respectful of my house, my family and my pets. Definitely will have them back out for any heating or AC needs.

Christopher was honest and was great to work with on my blue ribbon maintenance program. All heater and cleaning was great and I was very satisfied with Christopher as my service guy. He’s very detailed which was great.

Gilbert Arellano was our tech and we liked him very much. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We ended up needing more work then we anticipated and he made it as painless as possible for us which we so appreciate. We are in our 80's now and paying for all repairs and on a limited income that is difficult.

Matt did a great, thorough job! He was very patient in explaining his findings to me and my options to correct the situation.

Our service technician, Todd, was amazing! He not only fixed a problem with our furnace but also knew it was covered by warranty, saving us a bunch of money! We highly recommend Todd and Western Heating.

Fantastic service! Taylor was awesome, super thorough, and actually fixed the issue without doing the replacements I thought that were needed. The opposite of an upsell. He found the root cause, addressed it, and now everything just works.

Honestly, the visit was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience with Access Heating and Air in 2023. I felt like I'd been conned after their visit.

I would highly recommend Western to anyone. Both the experience with our A/C installation from 2020, and now this heater repair, I trust them. I thought I was saving $20 going with Access for a service appointment they had a deal on, and it ended up costing me $400+, with no actual fix. Never again, Western only from now on.

Trey went above and beyond while doing a furnace repair. He explained everything very well and was also very thorough while making sure that we are set up to have a warm home this winter. He is extremely competent and we will definitely request him back when/if needed. Thanks, Trey!

Michael was very helpful and educated us quite a bit on air quality etc. we have always had good luck with all our service providers at Western Heating. We feel confident having them provide us service we can rely on.

Todd did a wonderful to repair our heater. He was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. He answered all of our questions. I hope that he is available to help us the next time we have a need. Thank you Todd!!!

I am posting this so someone can avoid the situation I ran into with Western Heating and Air. I’ve used them for years but the last couple of years it’s been really difficult to get an appt. They are booked months out. I had already paid for standard service for our furnace so I waited for an appt and had the tech come do the service. When he finished he told me our furnace was fine but our water heater expansion tank had no pressure and most likely was causing the water heaters (we have two 50 gal tanks) to fail. He then sent a bid for full replacement. Almost $8000! A couple of key points - we didn’t ask him to look at our water heaters; this was a maintenance service for our furnaces. Also, our water heaters are only 6 years old. So, I called a plumber to come out and found out everything is working perfectly. I had to pay $130 for the plumber to tell me everything was in great shape. I called Western and all they said was they would give feedback to the tech! They should reimburse me for the money I had to spend due to their terrible technician. He was overzealous and in my opinion extremely dishonest by bidding something unnecessary. I heard they were bought out and it seems like they've forgotten the value of the customer. I would look elsewhere if you want honest service.

Kevin did an outstanding job getting me a new furnace & A/C unit within a couple days of it breaking down. He’s taken fantastic care of me! The guys that installed the units also did a great job, cleaned up everything well and were respectful of my house.

Christopher was great. He was able to diagnose the problem, and fix it. He also completed yearly maintenance on the furnace, and replaced suspension tank on my water heater. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Christopher and Western Heating and Air to everyone!!!
