Greg did a great job!! Even left us a little heater to stay warm over night He worked really hard to get our heat going!!! He got the part fixed it and we are very happy and thankful for his service...Johnny on the spot!!! Recamend him to everyone who needs heating and cooling service !

One of the best experiences I have had with a Heating and cooling company! They were through and even found things that needed to be done that other companies in the past had never done for me. The maintenance agreement made me feel like I was getting what I had paid for and then some. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has wanted to have good service with someone they can trust and that really understands and cares about maintaining their Heating and Cooling system. You can rest assured that they will do a job that is above other companies out there.

I had an issue with furnace. After dealing with my warranty company for 2 days, I was told to find a heating repair company. Greg was here in two hours! He fixed and cleaned my furnace and replaced my filter. After freezing for 2plus days, he saved my family and home from turning into ice cubes. Greg explained a program they offer to sustain my furnace and air conditioner and my peace of mind, I purchased the program. Thank you TSS Homecomfort!!!!! I will always give word of mouth about your company. Kudos to Greg.

As a first time home owner in Idaho, I'm grateful to have found TSS. Jeremiah and Aaron are my usual techs, they are super helpful and informative as well as friendly and respectful.

I am one that believes in the saying, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". The TSS team and my service professional Greg do an amazing job. The level of service, the braking things down to clean and inspect then verifying longevity is next level! I wouldn't do a thing different!

Aaron and Total System Service has been servicing our heating and air conditioning for years. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Aaron really knows what he’s doing and we completely trust him. Today he replaced two humidifier motors that had failed. I strongly recommend Aaron and Total System Service! Give them a call to service your HVAC system or to install a new system. They truly are the best and you won’t be sorry you made that call!

Matthew called ahead & was able to arrive earlier than appointment time. I got a text with his photo & his ETA which was a nice feature. He & his partner got right to it. They found, with their metering equipment that our A/C system had a clogged tube that should have been vacuumed out at the time of installation. He blew out the debris and the system’s operating/cooling at the level it was designed to perform. They also cleaned a filter on the outside unit that was pretty dirty. He replaced our main filter free of charge! Very knowledgeable, professional, & friendly! Highly recommend this company!

Quick response both times I used them. Got it working the first time though I was told the furnace was on it’s last leg. Sure enough it went down again while on vacation. They were out the next day for with a new furnace. Installed in a couple hours. Honest and reasonable. Aaron was very friendly and gives easy to understand explanations. Highly recommend.

Greg is hands down the best tech you could have working on your unit! He is professional, meticulous, and detail oriented. I feel comfortable having him in my home and working on my ac and furnace. So impressed, that I signed up for the 3 year plan, which is a great value! Call TSS, and ask for Greg!

When faced with the unpleasant reality that your old HVAC system needs replacing, I highly recommend using TSS Home Comfort. I experienced a very informative, prompt, and courteous crew at TSS from the manager to the receptionist to the installer(s). Their honesty is probably the number one factor in my recommendation-they painted a detailed picture of the pros and cons of the high end vs value systems and didn't try to upsell. That is much appreciated. The second reason for my strong recommendation is how quickly they tested, tried to repair, and then install a new system. It was winter, so minimizing the time without heat was very important. Before choosing another company, do yourself a favor and talk to TSS!

TSS is very responsive. I called today and received an appointment for tomorrow. They called this afternoon and were able to stop by today. Aaron is very knowledgeable. He diagnose issues correctly and efficiently. He knows my system very well as he has been the tech for several years.

Greg was exactly what you want out of a technician. He called and gave an accurate time estimate to when he would arrive, preformed the work efficiently with clear knowledge and experience, my aged system didn’t slow him down! The prices were fair and he went over the options I have for servicing in the future to keep my system running well. Would absolutely recommend making TSS your go-to for heating and cooling repair or servicing.

The service tech, Aaron, is the best! Such nice, friendly and professional service. And he's super fast, makes the quarterly maintenance appointments very easy. Their office customer service is also great! Would definitely recommend TSS.

Aaron came out the same day we called for our AC not working. He was extremely thorough in figuring out what the issue could be. Rather than charge us hundreds for what it “might” be that caused the issue, he offered suggestions for things we could try first. He was very helpful and kind. He interacted with my pup and my 7 month old and made me feel very comfortable while he worked on the AC. We’ll definitely be using him in the future!

Unfortunately, I've spent a lot of money consistently having them come out and service my ac. Between 3-600$, per visit not counting the initial visit which was expensive but they got the blower going again, and I was grateful. But my ac Unfortunately isn't working again with the original issue that I called them for, and it hasn't been a year. So, I had to change my review. And customers beware of up sale pressure. The service visits add up, quickly.

I called TSS and they came out the same day within an hour! Technician Aaron diagnosed issue and provided two options, and recommended we request additional quotes from competitors. We went with Aaron’s bid and could not be happier. Aaron and Matt replaced the furnace and installed a carbon monoxide monitor at no charge and filled up my tire on my car they noticed was low! Easy to schedule, professional, and explained all repairs and left the area clean. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Always great service from the entire staff at TSS. Everyone is super friendly and out usual tech, Aaron, has been great to work with. He’s always straightforward, personable, and gets the job done efficiently. There’s never any pressure for sales or service; Aaron just gives us the facts and our options, which we appreciate. Aaron installed an Air Ranger home purification system. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He modeled how to change the filter and was patient while I followed his instructions. Very impressed with TSS Home Comfort!
Greg did a great job with the AC maintenance as well. He has a great personal memory and even remembered the names of our cats!
