Russ was extremely thorough in his inspection, took the time to explain everything in a clear and informative way, and was genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. Highly recommend!

I had another HVAC company come out to repair my furnace unit. Their tech told me the furnace needed 3 new parts and would cost me a little over $3K. I decided to call Western Heating and Air for a second opinion. Their Techs went through the system and found a plugged tube and cleaned the heat sensor and got my system back in operation for $199. HIGHLY recommend Western. They actually spent the time to figure out the true issue and had me up and running within an hour, and for a fair price. Integrity!!!

Great service from Max, Travis and Tyler last week on a full replacement of our furnace, A/C unit and water heater. They were a friendly team of guys who seemed to genuinely enjoy working together and took pride in completing the work to a high standard. They installed a new pad for the A/C fan very neatly, tidied up all the old exposed and deteriorating wiring, and finished the water heater and furnace with some very high quality clean welds.

Once complete they clearly explained all the work they did, which parts have changed, and how to maintain and operate them. The team at Western then immediately followed up with clear instructions on what I needed to do to get a rebate from Intermountain Gas.

Communication before, during and after from the project/customer service teams was top notch.

dustin and crew showed up and were very professional. Walked me through my install and what they will be doing. Very clean and quick. Showed me some issue that were in my system and how they fixed them! Would recommend them to any and all looking to get hvac and water work done!

I always seem to get the nicest techs from Western Heating. The customer service reps on the phones are a pleasure to deal with as well. I’m so glad I do the annual service on my HVAC and A/C. They always call and give me a heads up and make it so convenient for those services that are so easy to put off or forget about. I am a big fan!!!

Darian and Joe were great! Friendly, clean, and considerate. They communicated very well and were very efficient getting the work done in a very cramped space. What an amazing experience I had with Western Heating and Air. Kevin Abbott was my initial point of contact. I explained that I wanted to add a ductless split system to my growing woodshop. He understood exactly what I wanted and provided me with a fair bid.

Scheduling was fast and efficient. In fact, I was stunned they were able to fit me into their schedule so quickly.

Dustin Valdez was in charge of the project. When he arrived, he asked all the appropriate questions to ensure the installation would happen per my expectations. He took charge and worked diligently with his crew to get the job done. There was no goofing around here.....this was a professional crew with one goal. Install my split system with the utmost care. I should mention, the entire crew was clean cut and very well mannered.

The work was completed completely to my satisfaction. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised by the installation. The did an exceptional job.

So here's the kicker. Im a commercial heating and air contractor that has recently retired so I no longer have a crew of installers. I had to trust Western Heating and Air Conditioning to do the right job. They EXCEEDED my expectations, which I would have thought impossible.

I would highly recommend Western Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. They aren't the cheapest, but I can say, you will get what you pay for.

Ken did a great job installing my new hot water heater.Very happy. He rerouted a drain tube from soft water tank which wasnt done correctly by the people who installed it. It Looks much neater and tidier now. The whole installation looks very professional and he charged me $250 less than the original quote. Very happy with Ken and Western Heating. Top notch people and company.

Through our routine maintenance with Western, we found that there was increased resistance in our duct system. Mike came out and assessed our system. He made recommendations for some increased diameter in some ducts that made sense to us given that there were areas in our house that did not heat & cool evenly. Theron & Caleb came out to replace the ducts. Several days later, Scott & Andrew came out to clean out the ducts. We are very pleased with the results of this work. The technicians who came out were all very friendly and were respectful of our home. We have used Western for quite some time, and we continue to recommend their services.

Travis and Max did a fantastic job replacing my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. It was a challenging job getting the old water heater out of a confined space, but they got it done - and the new water heater works great.

Moved into a place that had MAJOR cat dander issues and I’m seriously allergic. Western got me in quickly and came did a great job to totally clean the vents. They worked around quirky issues and were fair, friendly, and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend. Oh, and Chris was amazing on the phone explaining everything and Scott on the job was so thorough and fair and such a pro. Great team!

Just replaced our heater and water heater by Western Heating and Air Conditioning. Mike was great. He came out to quote, disclosed multiple options and went over each one in detail. I told him I was going to get other quotes and he said confidently “we’ll beat any quote”. And he was right, they did. By A LOT! When the technicians Caleb and Theron came out to do the work they were very nice and hard working. They informed me of everything they were going to do, and explained everything they did when they were done and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Everyone I communicated with through this whole process was very professional. It was a great stress free experience and I am very impressed. I will be using this company for every future need of services they provide because they have earned my trust.

Colton and Jacob did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, and worked around having two escape artist cats (confined to a room). As they finished up, they showed me before and after photos. I'm so glad to have a less dusty system! They also inspected to make sure my vents were all still in good shape after the cleaning (they were, but I'm glad they looked!). Thank you, Colton and Jacob!

Dylan was awesome!! He explained everything, and advised of a part replacement, and gave me the prices with applicable discounts up front. He also made time to do a hot water tank flush. He's a great tech! I will ask for him in the future. Love Ashley Heating, will always use them for all my HVAC needs!!!

Ashley Heating Air and Water Systems is the only way to go! Nick did a great job tuning up our HVAC unit. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained things clearly and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Glen was a strait shooter fir the pitch. His crew came in and kicked butt to get the install done in one day. Never fun to buy a big ticket item but since we had to, I am very happy with the service so far.

Ashley heating and air put a new air conditioning unit at our house, new AC in the garage and new fan outside the house, their people were very nice and efficient, they use top-of-the-line products and we’re very happy with the installation, warranty, and price of the unit.
