I had an issue with my hot water heater. Called and they were able to get me on the schedule the same day. Frank was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and provided professional customer service and fixed my issue within an hour.

Wonderful company to deal with. I had a furnace installed by another company three years ago. I’ve had nothing but problems with it after switching to Western Heating. I believe this is finally resolved. My technician Dustin Ketcherside diagnosed the problem and I believe finally my furnace has been fixed and should run properly so far absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend this company.

I couldn’t have had a more positive experience with every person at Western. When my central fan went out, I was disappointed to have to go through the process of diagnosing and the pain of getting someone to come out.

What came next to my total surprise was an absolute pleasure. I engaged with Western and from the office, to the technicians and project managers, they never ceased to provide the best experience I could’ve possibly asked for. In the heat of summer, the last thing you want is for your system to go down, but I don’t dread it as much knowing that these folks are only a call away.

Getting my furnace replaced was a breeze and I can’t recommend these people enough!

This will increase the life of the system and decrease my need to call people on weekends with no heat! Western Heating is the best! During annual inspection of our heating system they discovered a significant problem. After inspection depth discussion with Western Heating (but without any sales pressure), we decided our 1997 system needed to be replaced. Two days later we had a new high efficiency heating system installed. They really know what they’re doing and we’ve done business with them for years. The technician today, Adrian was very timely, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! We couldn’t be happier with all aspects of Western Heating’s service.

David & Darian installed our new electric furnace and heat pump. They did a fantastic job. They were professional and friendly and the service was above and beyond. We are highly pleased with the overall results. They relocated the heat pump and did an amazing job with all the finishing touches. Everyone that we worked with at western heating was absolutely incredible. Chase did a wonderful job with the entire inspection and quote. We learned a lot. This was after we had a different company come out and provide a quote. The service from western was absolutely above and beyond. We highly recommend this company!! They are honest people who care about their customers! You will not be disappointed! Highly

An amazing team. From the project manager to the install team... it was seamless. The project manager picked an excellent option for me and it is super quiet and efficient. A huge upgrade. The installers were amazing. High energy all day long in 100° heat. They were focused and dialed in. The custom sheet metal work is also top notch. I highly recommend this outfit. 🤙

Ken was great! I really appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he explained everything about my furnace. Other companies have given me the runaround in the past, insisting I needed a new unit—multiple times, years ago—yet here I am with the same furnace still working just fine.

I had a tankless water heater installed to replace my electric water heater. I switched over to the gas and I had Western take care of the plumbing for gas as well as installation. All the technicians were great! Timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me in the loop with their process which was very much appreciated. I would recommend their service anytime. Very pleased!

I’ve had Western Heating and Air out to fix several electrical and plumbing issues, and they have been the best to work with. Very thorough, courteous, and professional. They handle each job with the outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. I will continue to use them for my home repairs and they have my highest recommendation.

We had Western Heating and Air come out for what was supposed to be a routine annual furnace service. Instead of a typical service visit, the technician quickly told us he was getting carbon monoxide readings up to at least 45 ppm when the furnace started and claimed the heat exchanger was cracked. He then red-tagged the system and began recommending full furnace replacement.

This was alarming, especially since the furnace had been operating normally and we already had a functioning carbon monoxide detector in the home that had never gone off.

Because of how serious that claim was, we decided to get a second opinion and do some independent testing. We purchased additional carbon monoxide detectors and monitored the furnace ourselves. Every reading came back at zero. We also had another reputable local HVAC company inspect the system and review the photos of the alleged “cracked” heat exchanger. They found no evidence of cracks or damage that would indicate a carbon monoxide leak.

From our perspective, this felt like a diagnosis that was either careless or unnecessarily alarmist, and it came with a recommendation that would have cost us over $5,000 for a full system replacement.

Carbon monoxide issues are serious, and homeowners trust HVAC professionals to be accurate and honest when making those calls. If you are told your heat exchanger is cracked or that your system is unsafe, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and using your own carbon monoxide monitors for peace of mind before making a major financial decision.

We had been long time customers and this experience frankly pissed us off. I would recommend getting a second opinion or, even better, not using this company at all.

Max and Travis did a fantastic job from start to finish. They called ahead of time to provide courtesy of their arrival. Once on sight, they asked to do a walk through of job and upon completion began doing their service. Both were very professional, courteous, and determined d a fantastic job. I have been using Western for 20 years after experiencing several other companies with poor service and capabilities. Western repaired my old system, installed my new system and has provided preventative maintenance for my systems. Western has the most experienced and courteous technicians and installers who go the extra mile to ensure you are informed and satisfied. My recent service experience with Michael Leonetti was no different. Michael listened to all my questions and concerns and took the time to investigate them all and provide real answers and explanations (not just brushing off my inquiries)...even when he had to reach out to other technicians due to the uniqueness of my questions. This action was taken above the normal maintenance he was there to provide. You can trust in Western with all your HVAC needs.

Chaston and his team did a great job cleaning our heating ducts and installing an air purifier system! They were very professional and took great care of our belongings as they moved the big vacuum hose and ladders throughout our house. We highly recommend Western Heating and Air.

Had our furnace/ac replaced this week. The guys did a great job. I'm kinda mechanical myself, so I like to watch and ask a lot of questions. They were very understanding and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and the complete install was finished by 2:30. It's just been in three days now and I love the way it works!
