Greg was professional and explained everything he was going to do. He took his time servicing my furnace, I am very happy with his service and how quickly the company was able to send someone.

Arrived right on time. Diagnosed the issue,told me what the solution was and got the part ordered. Got us up and running for the time being until he can return with the part. He is a professional, pleasant and did a great job!

Aaron has done the a/c, furnace inspections for a number of years. He is the best. Personable, professional and cheerful and conversant. He is customer service at it's best.

Heater went out Wednesday night and called this company to come out and take a look. After about an hour, they arrived, which is reasonable since the technician was in Boise. Took him about 30 minutes and replaced a pressure sensor which costed us $254. My wife and I have 2 toddlers and 2 babies, so $254 is a lot of money, but keeping the kids warm is more important. The furnace started having the same issue the next night (Thursday). We called up this office the next morning (Friday), to let them know it's not fixed. They said they will not be able to come until Saturday. I don't like not being able to keep my kids warm. I also don't like spending a months worth of diapers to pay for a service that doesn't fix the problem. If/When they come and fix the issue, I will GLADLY delete this review and give them 5 stars.

I was very pleased with the service is received from Greg Purvis with TSS Home Comfort. He was timely, explained everything, offered repair options and did a beautiful job on the repair and the clean- up! Would definitely recommend!

Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and competent in in all areas of HVAC. When he comes into our house, he is professional with a welcome spice of humor. He is very thorough in checking each aspect of our equipment, not just fixing only the problem that we have had.

I called due to AC not working and Greg was out within 30 minute around 9 pm at night. I was excited it was him because he had been to my house previously and was awesome. This time he set the bar even higher, he diagnosed problem, brought bad part inside house to show me, advised of cost, I agreed and he went to work. It started raining outside but there he was working outside like a professional despite mother nature. Greg is professional, easy to talk to and will answer all your questions. I will be calling him for any further AC issues. Keep up the great work Greg P.

I call TSS up to have them service my air conditioner in my heater. After about a 1/2 hour the guy with driving away and I flagged him down in my driveway. I said that you clean and vacuum the dust out of the furnace he said no. He came back and spend an hour doing a really good job. I called the company up and told them what happened and they did reduce my rate from $300 to 87. However I go to turn on my air conditioner last week and it blew warm air. I called him back this week and they said that they put me on the do not service list. I said I just told you what the service technician did and now my air conditioner doesn't work. Very poor technician tried to charge me over $300 for part on my air conditioner which cost $50. Unreliable and unprofessional.1

This company absolutely came through for us when a practically new AC unit stopped cooling during a brutal heat wave. The unit was from another company who could not help us with the problem for over two weeks! Aaron came out the same day I called and saved a couple of senior citizens who were feeling sick from the heat. Vary impressed with their prompt attention and they will be our new service provider!

When our AC system failed, Aaron did an excellent job explaining our options and helping us through the situation. Great customer service! We highly recommend TSS Home Comfort.

Ann was working in the office when I called on a Friday afternoon. She was friendly, personable and helpful. Matthew came the next day - competent, thorough & went the extra mile to track down some much needed filters. I will always use this company for any and all heating/cooling needs.

Have been customers of TSS for many years.Always very punctual and courteous. We r enrolled in Total Care Membership for many years also. Recently our furnace quit working at about 1 O’Clock AM .Called business number and call was answered.Carolyn said she would contact repairman and have him call me.Was not even 10 minutes later that Matthew called and said he could be over within an hr. He showed up approximately 50 minutes later and found problem. Our furnace was up and running in about 15 minutes. We were so happy and pleased with customer service.Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat. So very hard to find this kind of service these days .Would give them 10 stars if possible. Thanks again!!!!

Matthew came and serviced our furnace. He was very punctual, kind and responsive! Let me know what was going on each step of the way. They offer a yearly maintenance plan that I would 100% recommend! (It covers them coming and servicing your HVAC unit 2x a year).

Technician was there promptly when AC failed. He managed to get it running until the unit could be replaced, which we already knew needed to be done. There was absolutely no pressure from the technician to replace the unit or to upsell once the decision to replace was made. They arrived on time to replace the unit, and we are very pleased with the result. Everyone we dealt with from this business was pleasant and polite and delivered excellent and honest customer service.
