Matthew from Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning came to my house to check out a rattle that was worsening in my furnace. He did a cleaning and looked over my system. The rattle was nothing serious and won't cause future damage. He was very polite and respectful. He did a great job.

Garrett was great! Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Appreciated their timely service. Very thorough and explained everything and let me know whether or not it was crucial to have anything replaced. Always appreciate honesty. Would definitely recommend!

I called Right Mow and scheduled an electrician to fix a
Emergency electrical issue that shut down the whole house. The electrician, Chris showed up within a few hours. He was polite, neatly dressed knowledgeable. Chris sets the standard for professionalism. Right Now a few years ago installed complete HVAC system that installed was perfect I had positive experience. Thank you very much. 5 stars A+

Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning installed 3 mini splits in my home. The did an amazing job removing the old unit, ran new electrical, and lines in conduit along the house. Thru the entire install communicated well with me and heard my concerns during the process. Their head office was very supportive and made sure the job was done right. I again want to thank the installers, they were very supportive with my schedule, did amazing work, and when the job was finished cleaned up behind themselves, thanks again I look forward to working with y'all again.

Andreas and Andrew really stepped up and did a very good job, worked all day into the night, no lunch break just work work work. They really made Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning become top of the list. Such good service, and very impressed with their dedication to the customer. Brandon and Jaron were the installation team at my home, they installed a complete HVAC system heating and air (Rheem)Brandon and Jaron were very friendly and knowledgeable answered all my questions. The system seems to work great. They replaced my old system that was 13 years old (Trane). They removed the old unit and cleaned up everything, I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this company. Brandon and Jaron thank you.

Zurbie was so helpful! Took the time to show me everything that was damaged or could be a potential issue with our unit. He offered services for issues found and while I couldn't make a decision today without my husband present, he went out of his way to accommodate us by making a follow up appointment. I appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness!

I had an unusual ask, not run of the mill. They were able to come in and give an accurate estimate and deliver that work in a professional and efficient manner. Did a great job communicating before, during, and after the job. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

Kaiden was our serviceman to examine our heating and cooling systems.
He arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous and friendly making sure he put on his boot covers before entering the house.
He was very thorough in his inspection and explained everything that needs attention in the near future.
The system is 11-12 years old which is at about its lifetime of service.
He throughly cleaned and inspected both systems and also arranged for someone to come out and give us a quote for replacing the systems.
Kaiden seemed very knowledgeable about how the systems work and explained everything.

All I can say is great service and professional repair. From the lady who answered the phone, Melody, to the repair guy, Juan, they are what old time customer service is all about. My heater broke this morning and they were at my house by 11. Juan located the problem and ordered the part right away. He got back within a few hours and completed the repair in ten minutes. Top notch company.

Very impressed! Technician came out within hours of me calling. Gave me a fair price and did really a fantastic job on the install. Definitely will use these guys again.

We shopped around, and Snowflake was not only the best price, they were the most helpful and responsive. We had to get a new HVAC and water heater, and Michael contracted with a plumber to get everything replaced in one day. We are so happy we found Snowflake Air, and highly recommend that you go with them!

They were very transparent about the state of our system, and I really appreciate them not pretending to wave a magic wand to fix everything.
They were efficient and hard working, and got everything as good as possible. They were kind and helpful. I will be continuing to call them for maintenance on mini split set up.

It’s freezing cold outside right now. We needed hot water. I called for help with our broken water heater. They came out, assessed it, and replaced it really quickly! Excellent work and great customer service. They responded super fast last summer too when I called for help to repair our broken AC unit. Their fast response saved us from the extreme heat. They are truly the best in Boise!

I cannot express how grateful we are to have found a company that actually cares for their clients. I'm disabled and cannot handle the heat. 3 other companies that had come out to look at our unit and were trying to upsale us. Snowflake was the last call I made. Jose came out and was the first to check for warranty! He was very honest and showed alot of integrity! Jose and Juan just replaced the compressor and my home feels so good now. I can't express how happy we are to have found our only go to when it comes to outstanding customer service !!!!!

Jose was very thorough and specific with the tune up. Snowflake was able to get us on their schedule right away compared to One Hour which scheduled us 2 months out then called to tack on another month to that for some reason. Great company great service. Thanks.

Mr. Jose Aguilar and his employee Juan were on time and very kind and professional. Jose took the time to explain and draw a picture of what my duct work looked like and why it wasn't properly working in my back bedrooms. I have never had a service provider take the time to do that before. His rate for repairing the problem is, in my opinion, very fair. I would highly recommend Snowflake Air!

Excellent!! We did a ductless system in 1 room, love it! While they were here, they looked at our whole house's current HVAC system and worked out a plan if we ever wanted to upgrade from it. There was extra work that they weren't expecting that they didn't charge for. And it was $2k less than another companies bid.

I called this Morning before Snowflake Air came to my house and this is the fourth time they've helped me. Their Customer Service is not only professional but courteous. I will have no one else take care of my heating and A/C Because of the way they treat their customers.
