The Team at Access Heating and Air was Fantastic from the First time we met them at the Home Remodeling Show through the whole buying and installation process. Their whole Team is Friendly, Professional, and Honest. They take time with you to find out your wants and needs rather it be for maintenance, repairs or a whole installation of a new unit(s). This is a Family owned and run business. Luke spent nearly 2 hours going over different options with us after we told him what we were trying to do to improve our heating/air conditioning issues.
He spent time coming up with 4 different plans, options, and budgets for each. He also explained the Pros and Cons with each Option and Units then let us decide. No Pressure to buy or purchase or even select one option over another. Just straight out Honest and Care for us as the Customers. We did decide on a New Furnace and AC Unit to replace our 30 year old units with what we needed and within a Budget We Decided On. Jeff and his team were out the next day right on time and installed both Units. We met the Access Team on a Saturday (Got a Free Tune of our old System from Andy on Wednesday) Andy was also very helpful in detailing our old unit’s problems with just not telling us this and that needed repair, but bringing us down to show us pictures and problems with the old unit, in person of all the issues/needed repairs. He gave us a list of repairs and prices then let us decide which direction we want to go repair or replace. No Pressure just honest facts. Luke was out after Andy that same afternoon. After hearing our options we went New. Luke got it order and set up for the next day Thursday the next morning install , and we have new units. Very pleased and happy to work with such kind, honest, professional people that put the Customer First. Thank you Access Heating and Air.

Steven did an amazing job replacing faulty piping in our entire house. He was polite, respectful, and explained everything he was doing throughout the whole process.

You might want to get your salesman up to speed though on what the project times and requirements will actually take. Wyatt didnt fully explain everything that would be involved in the project, like cutting into walls, and said the project would be done in a day when in reality it took 3 days.

Kaiden came out to repair our furnace that was not coming on. He diagnosed the problem and gave us three price ranges for repairs. He was straight forward and informative. No pressure to upgrade and gave us peace of mind. Great tech! Thank You Kaiden!

Forrest and Mike removed my furnace, air conditioning unit and water heater, and installed new units. They were very friendly, respectful and professional throughout the process. They explained the differences in installation code since the home's original HVAC installation. They thoroughly cleaned everything up after the installation, leaving no trace. They did the entire job in a matter of a few hours, minimizing the amount of time that we were without heat and hot water.

Very satisfied! They were able to fit us into their schedule right away and the technician, Kaiden, even arrived earlier than the time we were quoted! He diagnosed the issue quickly, and got our heat up and running in no time at all.

We had a brand-new faucet in out tub/shower that would not shut off. We had a relative who was supposedly an experienced plumber install it. I called Right Now on a Sunday afternoon. They sent out a tech withing one hour, the gentleman was very professional and because he wasn't a journeyman plumber, we scheduled the repair for the next morning. The cost would be $1235.00 with 50% down and the balance whe the repair was done. The original tech told us they would replace the entire shower assembly because he felt it wasn't installed properly and add shut off valves. The next morning the journeyman showed up as scheduled. Installed the two shut off valves as noted. Then instead of changing out the system, he just replaced the internal parts on the shower valve. He was in and out in less than two hours.

My complaint is not the workers other than the second guy just did what he thought was sufficient. My complaint is with the management. I called their office to discuss the fact that the repairman did not do what we were told would be done, so naturally we thought the price should be lower because of less work. I was told on Tuesday; they would discuss it and get back to me on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, no response. Thursday afternoon I called again and was told the person I needed to talk to had not got in yet but would be in later and they would call.
Friday afternoon, I called again because I had not been contacted. I was told they would give the message to the proper person to contact me.

This review is written on Saturday. We gave them both checks as agreed on our part and both have cleared our bank. I shall be knocking on their door come Monday morning to see if I can get a response.

If we come to an agreement, I will be happy to amend this rating.

Brady was our serviceman, and he did a fantastic job for us. We had another company previously, ( which I won't mention) but we paid A LOT MORE and never got the service we received from them that we received from this company. It was amazing! We are definitely going to be getting a yearly maintenance service service from this company now.

Ryan was great! He explained everything that he did, and even showed me pictures, then cleaned up the area he worked on. The price is fantastic, and it was great to hear that everything was looking good as we have been having Right Now Heating come each year to do tuneups.

Ali did a great job on my HVAC and water tank. I believe he went over and beyond cleaned. Everything up was very polite and very professional would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality service job on their furnace and AC tuneup.

We hired this company and paid them $4,000 to install commercial tubs and drains in our business. Unfortunately, their work has been nothing but trouble, and their customer service is appalling.
The drains leak, the tubs leak, and the drains have broken multiple times, forcing us to shut down our operations repeatedly for repairs. Their workmanship is subpar, and we are now hiring another contractor and plumber to fix the mess they left behind.
Despite giving them numerous chances to resolve the issues, their plumbers and workers made empty promises to return and make things right but never followed through. To make matters worse, we recently learned that this company is under investigation by the Attorney General of Idaho. We will be sharing our experience with the AG as part of the ongoing investigation.

Tyler was our estimator and Mike C was our installer of our new water heater. Both gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable!! I found Mike to be a highly skilled and competent tradesman. Tyler and Mike both answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

We had them redo our whole HVAC system less than 3 years ago, up until this past month we were happy customers. We started having some issues and would go days at a time with no heat, they sent 3 different technicians out over the span of a month, all different diagnosis’s, 1st one didn’t “find anything” unit turned back on after a 24-48 hour delay, 2nd one said “gas was initially turned up too high” same problem after 5 days, no heat for 48 hours. Last technician said there was a control panel behind front part that they don’t like to go into because it’s a pain…after being told it would be 3 different prices and clearly 3 technician’s who showed little knowledge or concern we had to have a different company come and fix it who we will continue to use. Right now has completely lost our trust and I would think twice before using them now.

Called for a quote to replace the plum ing in our house and get a new hot water heater. They came to do the quote but afterwards we couldn't get a hold of anyone to discuss it and schedule the service. I called a local company and was given a bid for $8000 cheaper for the same work. I would not recommend this company and would rate 0 stars if I could

I was not happy with this company, I had a serious issue with my pumps switch cycling on and off rapidly and figured my pump or switch was going out. I called Right Now because they were a 24/7 company and it was 8pm. My very first issue was the AI Chat bot they use that tries to pass itself off as a real person that should have been m first warning. After setting up the appointment with a computer a real person called minuets later to setup the real appointment asking me alot of the same questions and telling me he could have a tech there within 2 hours. I waited 1and a half hours then the guy called back saying sorry can't come tonight. I rescheduled for the next day between 12 and 5pm the tech showed up at 4. We told him out concerns. He tested out pressure tank and said it was fine. Then he moved to the switch and said yup that's the problem explaining it was warn out and had to be replaced. It looked fine to me but I'm not the expert. He had only been there for 15 min only tested the system once. Then told me sorry I dont have the part and I have class to get to and he would fix it tomorrow afternoon. He then quoted me 600 bucks to replace it. I asked it would be possable to use the system during the wait as it had been 2 days and dishes, laundry, and everything was backing up. He said yup your fine to use it and left. After mulling it over during the night and listening to the system go mad cycling every time we turned the water on we stopped using it and I called another company for a second opinion. They had a tech there within 1 hour no AI no reschedule even thou I had called after their hours. The tech diagnosed and found my switch to be fine and told me the tank was very over pressurize. He made some adjustment to it and did some testing for over an hour running my water. The rapid cycling stopped immediately after his adjustment. I Atold him Right Nows tech had said we were fine to keep using the system, the look on his face was all I needed he told me I was lucky I dident burn up my pump with all the cycling. After that he charged me 100 bucks and went on his way.
My brother told me afterword he had had horrible service with Right Now mis diagnosing his system causing 8000 bucks in repairs the ended up being a blocked line that would have cost 100 bucks to fix. I should have listened. Thankfully I wised up before they cost me a pump and thousands of dollars.

After researching the product choices I then had 6 different companies come out and give me quotes and ideas. Right Now was professional, answered multiple questions I had afterwards via text, and helped me decide on the product that was best for our home. Instead of trying to upsale me he actually told me a smaller unit was actually better for the room we needed to cool. For people who only care about price, I paid $3,000 less than the highest quote I received and their install crew was friendly and did a top notch job! I would highly recommend you at least contact Right Now Heating and Air for a quote and am confident you will choose them to do any job you need for your own home.

The initial contact was quick. And that was the only positive about this whole interaction. I paid half the cost up front (per their requirement) red flag one. I was told it would be done in 2 days. That was first thing Monday morning 9/22/25. I hadn’t heard from them and finally called back on Friday end of day 9/26/2025. I talked to 4 different people no one had any solid answers as to why I hadn’t been contacted or why the part had not been ordered. I finally spoke to Derick to cancel a quote they wanted to give me about a new furnace. He was rude and upset I didn’t want a quote. I informed him that if they couldn’t even handle communication about a repair I sure wasn’t going to give them anymore of my money for a furnace. He got upset and ended the call. I finally heard from a manager Monday afternoon 9/29 ensuring me she was handling it and I would hear from her daily until the repair was done. I never heard from her again. Finally Wednesday end of day 10/1/2025 they called to schedule the repair, I informed them I worked at 11 am and they said they couldn’t guarantee the time frame and I would have to have more time available. The part they were replacing is a plug in part - picture of connectors follow. Literally takes 5 minutes to replace. They wouldn’t do a first call of the day for me even though it had been almost 2 weeks on a two day service and said I would have to just wait to get the repair done until I had a day off. Which then takes it into week 3 with no repair and me without heat. I asked for an itemized bill/quote of the cost of repair which they refused to give. They said they only give overall costs and refuse to give an itemized bill. So they want almost a $1000 for two limit switches and ten minutes of work.

We were so impressed with Aiden's work today. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had to help us understand our system. He was very thorough and respectful in his work. We highly recommend him and commend him for a job well done. We greatly appreciated his kindness, courtesy and friendly manner. He is a great representation of Right Now Heating and Air.

Zurbie was the technician that was here for my checkup on my furnace. He was very nice and knowledgeable with everything Right Now providers. I thought he went over and above the rest. Very pleased with everything and will keep it in mind for any other services provided in the future.👍

We have had recurring issues with our plumbing and HVAC since purchasing our home. Right Now has been there every step of the way. Most recently, Slant came out for one of the bigger jobs and replaced our water heater. He was quick, friendly, and professional. While we hope not to see them again too soon, we do appreciate the entire crew and their professional, as well as personal, skills.

Paid $1230 up front for repairs. On the water heater in furnace for two weeks and they failed to come out. And every time they called and had an excuse why they couldn't come out. And so I'm done with them, and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
