Absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, Tyson S. was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly enthusiastic about his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful suggestions, and gave advice that showed he really knew his stuff. His attention to detail was top-notch, and he worked efficiently without cutting corners. On top of that, he was genuinely pleasant to work with—friendly, respectful, and clearly passionate about providing great service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing heating or AC maintenance or repair. You’re in excellent hands!

I’m on the monthly maintenance plan. Great deal as I get A/C service in spring and furnace service in the fall. I’m a strong believer in PM which minimizes surprises at inoppertune times. With proper maintenance the life of the equipment is greatly expanded.

Ed was a wizard getting a plumber scheduled in a tight timeline relative to our situation and heading into a weekend. The tech, Josh, was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and even followed up personally to keep us updated on developments. We are so grateful!

These guys are the real deal. They've fixed my AC and now replaced my water heater, and both times they got here within an hour when other companies I called took hours to even get around to scheduling me. Both Access technicians I've worked with were friendly, helpful, prompt, dedicated, and knowledgeable (AC guy was Garrett, super helpful, and the plumber was Josh, he was great). I'm just calling these guys next time something breaks, they get the job done.

Josh was very courteous and professional. He arrived promptly when scheduled. This was my first experience with Access heating and air and I’m very pleased with the experience.

We have been customers for several years and have been incredibly happy with the maintenance program; they are prompt to contact us to set our appointments, scheduling is done timely and you are given clear times for visits and not endless blocks of sitting and waiting for someone to show up! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, informative and great with our pets! They kept our a/c unit running past its 40 year mark and when it finally died, they came out the next day, presented us with rebate, buyback and financing options and had our new system installed the next work day! We recommend them highly and couldn't be more pleased!!

Garret was great! He explained things in a way I could understand. He showed me the way things had been set and explained what they needed to be set at to function properly. He had everything working and the house cooling before he left! I was so so so grateful he really knew his stuff! I am exceptionally happy!

Arrived early, ready to go to work! Very professional. Did a great job checking out the garage heater and fixed an issue which would have prevented it from working. Heater works perfectly. Great job!!

Can't say enough about Access Heating & Air Conditioning! Everyone so nice so professional. They stayed till the job was done almost 12hrs and working whole time. Now am enjoying New heater and a/c! Tomorrow they come to do water heater!
And I get two years maintenance included!

I had a waterline break in my crawlspace and was flooding my basement. I called Access Heating & Air And plumbing. They came almost immediately assessed the situation. Make sure my waterline was turned off and we’re back the next day to do the new installation on waterline in my Crawlspace. They were prompt. They were courteous and very professional. I could not have asked for a better company to help me with my emergency.. I would recommend them to anyone.

Access Heating was our second opinion and confirmed the need for a replacement gas furnace. We chose them to do the work because Access is highly rated in reviews and sell the highly rated Trane equipment. They were professional, friendly and careful with our hardwood floors, etc. We are confident that this furnace was installed properly.

Just got out new hot water heater installed, called them yesterday came today with parts in hand got us up and going in a couple hours. They have done this and new ac and furnace. They also have great prices and great service. 100% recommend thanks access and happy holidays

It was my first time dealing with Access Heating, whom I met at the home show. I highly recommend this company. Garrett inspected my setup and explained why my home wasn't heating efficiently, all free of charge. I feel confident to proceed with repairs in the future and opted for their service plan.

They are always calling to remind us to set up our maintenance appts. Chase was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, always put his shoe covers on every time he came into the house. Let me know when the filter was changed last, let me know types and costs of different filters. The bulb on our air scrubber was out and he went to get one as he didn’t have one in his truck and came right back within a few minutes and replaced it immediately. Always have such great service and customer service from the employees of this company!!!

The best part was he laughed at my 6-7 degree reference and my chocolate lab approved of him instantly. If my dog likes you, you’re absolutely the right kind of person to have in my home doing service repairs.
