My furnace failed, so I called QH&C to come and fix. Paid the diagnostic fee and was told the ignitor was bad and it would be $400 dollars to fix. I declined the service and bought an ignitor from Grovers for $41 and installed it myself in 15 minutes. I know businesses have overhead, but $400 for a 15 minute repair of a $41 dollar part seems way over priced.

Jake was professional and task oriented. He explained the details of the furnace for me and helped me change the batteries on my thermostat, then stapled the tarp around the opening of the cellar, To prevent drafts, going the extra mile. Jake has serviced my furnace before. He gets a 5 star rating from me. Thank you Jake.

Chyenne is always friendly and knowledgeable about any service that is needed. Our gas fireplace wouldn't light so we called Quality Heating. They scheduled the fireplace diagnostic to coincide with our furnace maintenance. It's working perfectly now, and we're all ready for the cooler weather.

All the staff at Quality have been incredible! Furnace died right before Christmas and they all stepped up to help me get heat back to my house before the holidays started.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Quality Heating & Cooling. Jake has been coming to service our air conditioner and furnace for years, and he's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. (He's also great with our curious dog and cats, which is a bonus.) So today when our water heater sprung a leak, we called Quality.

Jose talked my husband through shutting off the water and gas and showed up quickly, even on a Sunday morning. When he arrived, he explained everything and calmed my fears about the leak. He worked quickly, did a great job, and reassured us about warranties. He was truly professional and honestly great to talk to through the whole service call.

Jose got to our house within a few hours of my outreach - our AC had stopped blowing cold and the 5 princesses I live with were in the process of melting. Jose was professional and quick to identify the issue. He was good as explaining the problem and made a great recommendation for an upgrade that would improve the lifetime function of our compressor. While swapping the capacitor and installing a booster, he had great advice on how to save on my taxes, and great investment tips - I am now going to be able to retire early. I put Jose in my will and trust that he will take great care of my kids in case something happens to me. I have never met a better human being - he is the absolute best tech you could ask for.
