Original 2018 Review: Outstanding service. I would recommend Dennis and the Fox Team to anyone. My home had an original 1983 solar assisted gas water heater. Dennis was able to work through all the challenges the old water heater presented (there were a lot).

Fox Heating & Air did a fantastic job upgrading our HVAC system. They installed a new Carrier Infinity unit inside, a heat pump outside, and added a steam humidifier to help with indoor humidity. We also had our two-story home re-zoned from a single zone to three separate zones, which has made a huge difference in comfort throughout the house.

The entire team was professional and conscientious—Dennis runs a great crew. Jerry, Brandon, Danny, Nick, and one other technician (sorry I forgot your name!) were all respectful, detail-oriented, and clearly cared about doing the job right.

Since the install, our heating and cooling bills have noticeably dropped, and the system runs quieter and more efficiently than ever. I highly recommend Fox Heating & Air for repairs, maintenance, or a full system upgrade. They exceeded our expectations.

Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday so I called first thing this morning. I was told a technician should be able to come out either today or tomorrow. I was relieved to hear that I didn’t have to wait several days. Within 3 to 4 hours I received a call from a technician saying that he was on his way. Jerry came and diagnosed that our capacitor was no longer working and he had one on his truck. Within 1 hour of his arrival, he was done and my house was cooling off. Jerry was professional, knowledgeable and took care of our issue efficiently. I was concerned that I would be told that it was time to replace my 22 year old system, but he reassured me that it was all working well and he had no additional concerns. I will be recommending Fox Heating and Cooling to others and will call them for all my HVAC needs. Thank you for quick and great service!!

Great service start to finish. Maddie and Jerry showed up on time, called ahead, communicated extremely well, educated me on the system, cleaned up nicely, answered questions. Scheduling was efficient and courteous. Tough attic install and they were so professional and hard working. Price competitive. Great warranty. Highly recommend! Very pleased so far. Fox Heating and Air installed a new gas furnace and an air conditioner in my home. They did it in one day with a few adjustments to be made the next day. Maddie and Jerry seemed very competent at what they were doing. Maddie spent extra time with me explaining the thermostats and how the system worked.

Fox replaced our aging natural gas furnace with a modern efficient air source heat pump. The installation was done quickly and very professionally. Maddie, Nick and Kater did an amazing job.

My Lennox furnace was not operating properly so, on the advice of Bryant's Appliance Repair Services, I called Fox Heating and Cooling. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm glad I called. Nick came out and diagnosed the problem immediately as a pressure switch malfunction. Since the house is only 3 years old, he called Lennox and confirmed that the furnace was still under warranty. He came back a couple days later and put in the new pressure switch and everything works great. I only had to pay for labor because the part was covered under warranty. These are very professional, friendly and competent people. I recommend this business highly.

Jerry and Scott were great in giving me a second opinion. I found their company to be friendly, professional, and thorough. I also appreciate that they are low pressure in repair/replacement. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Jerry from Fox Heating arrived on time to address an ongoing noise with my furnace. He was very courteous and informative, he answered all my questions, efficiently solved my problem and helped me set up a plan for regular servicing that is very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this service.

The Carrier ductless system for my garage installed by Dennis Fox's team is exceptional. I find Dennis to be extremely knowledgeable and it's nice to be treated with respect. His staff has also been extremely professional and on-time . Don't make the mistake of purchasing equipment online and trying to install it. Fox exceeded all of my expectations with no issues. Summer heat 100+, my garage is 70 degrees, and winter cold, 76 degrees. I definitely recommend Fox Heating and Cooling.

Did not go with Fox for my full HVAC replacement, but my experience dealing with Dennis was excellent. He managed to come out to my house same day (current HVAC was failing) and keep current system alive a bit longer. He also prepared a quote on the spot and took the time to answer many questions and even compare his proposed equipment with the equipment from my other quotes. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to repair/replace their HVAC to give Fox a call.

Justin was an amazing installer with some of the best customer service I’ve had in years. The scheduler lady was also great, and Justin went above and beyond to repair my furnace and make sure it won’t have issues again. They have a new loyal customer in me, I signed up for their maintenance program just because of how friendly and helpful they were. Highly recommend, and I don’t recommend often!

Fox Heating and Cooling absolutely saved the day for us. We had a leaking water heater, and I texted Dennis for help. He responded right away and handed things off to Shannon, who called immediately and got us scheduled within a clear window that worked for our day. At 2:30, Jerry called to say he was 15 minutes out—right on time.

Jerry showed up, assessed the problem quickly, made the repair, and left everything clean and buttoned up. We got the invoice promptly. The process was smooth, professional, and fast—and the best part was that the Fox team handled everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger, and on a day when I was slammed, that meant the world to me.

Extra shoutout to Jerry for being incredibly thoughtful. One of us had to leave to pick up the kids, and Jerry coordinated with the parts team to make sure he could finish in time. When we had to step out before he was done with paperwork, he told us not to worry and sent the invoice later. He also brought someone who may have been in training, and everything was handled with professionalism.

These folks are responsive, trustworthy, and clearly take pride in what they do.

Fox Heating and Cooling is amazing! Dennis was professional and knowledgeable during the initial inspection and quote. The installation crew - Maddie and Cadder,l -were prompt, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond with flashing work, and making sure the house is upto code with CO sensors installed in the correct locations. They dud an excellent job walking me through the new wifi thermostat at the end as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Cannot recommend Fox Heating and Air enough!
