The technician (Charles) was on time, friendly, and extremely professional. Charles gave me proper recommendations for upgrades but Meade no effort to push them on me once I declined. Have been using Owyhee my whole life as has my father and grandpa. Never an issue, splendid work!

Steven was very professional and kept us updated on all he was doing. He made sure to replace any and all things he had to remove to check our system out properly. He cleaned up after he was done. He then proceeded to go over any and all items he checked out. Made sure we had Owyhee’s phone number to call if we needed any services day or night. If you want great service and a knowledgeable tech, ask for Steven.

We’ve had Owyhee Heating and Air perform annual maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner and water heater for several years. Their service is always outstanding and it is comforting to know that our systems are being cared for. This year was no exception. After tuning up the systems, the tech suggested some preventative maintenance on a few parts that were not functioning up to standard. He explained the options and we were able to make informed decisions. We believe we have well founded trust in Owyhee and appreciate their professionalism.

Our furnace stopped working and Owyhee Heating got it up and running within 24 hours. Charlie, our tech, communicated well and was very personable. The only thing I question is I paid $747.15 for 3 hours of labor, which is $249.00 per hour. Seems high to me but I’m not sure what is the going rate. Very happy over-all!

Owyhee Heating and Air Conditioning offered a screaming deal for a furnace check and Charles came out. Charles did a great job! He was thorough and professional. Very neat and pleasant. I will ask to have him come when we do our Air Conditioning inspection.

Called for a second opinion after I was quoted ~3200 for a heater repair. Jerry from fox came out and had our heater running in no time, explained the issue, and literally saved us thousands. I highly recommend their service and will be coming back for all of my hvac needs.

Incredible company. Unlike many companies today, Fox did exactly what they quoted! And for far less $$ than the other bids. They moved the location of our air-conditioner to the opposite side of our car/rv garage on a day of 106°. We were amazed when they went up in the attic where it could have been 126°. Everyone from Fox was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. And they went the extra mile of cleaning up after themselves. Cannot say enough positive about Fox Heating and Cooling. I am very pleased with the service we've received from Fox Heating and cooling! Since they have installed the furnace and A/C it has worked flawlessly. I subscribe to their yearly service plan of winter/summer servicing and filter changes which keeps our system running efficiently. Jerry and Danny just came and completed the winter service checklist so now we're good to go until our summer service. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and servicing needs!!

Fox Heating and Cooling, and especially Justin, Nick and Danny, took such good care of us. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day long and got our new furnace and air conditioner installed efficiently. Dennis came over and within 2 minutes fixed a clog in my condensation pump and didn't even charge for his visit.

Fox heating and cooling is just about everything you could hope for in a HVAC company. Getting your HVAC repaired can be a nail biting experience and there is the constant fear of getting ripped off or left with a subpar finished product. I had zero worries with Dennis and the crew at Fox. During our experience working with them, they quoted me a very competitive price, they did quality work, installed a fantastic system, and it was clear that they hire and retain very talented craftsmen and administrative staff.

Our household had 2 HVAC systems from the 70s that were on their last legs. One had completely completely died and the other probably only had another year of life left. Within a short period after calling Danielle ( who was great) at Fox, Dennis the owner showed up to personally to perform a diagnostic exam on the busted system. The repair price he quoted me was so reasonable that I asked him to provide a quote for replacing all the HVAC systems on the property. We ended up replacing 2 systems for a little bit more than the cost my neighbor paid for replacing only one system. I’m not saying the price was cheap, but it was extremely reasonable for what we got.

The central heat pumps with auxiliary heat they installed were about as future proof as possible AND they came with 10year labor and parts warranty’s. I do a lot of advanced DIY projects and I can honestly say they put as much care and thought into the project that I would have on my own home. That is very hard to find these days. The craftsmen that installed the systems were a pleasure to work with. Both Blake and Jerry displayed a deep understanding of their craft but also could communicate that knowledge in a way that was easily understood. During the installation days, they showed up exactly when they said they would and took care not to impact our household as much as possible. Also, any additional project surprises did not impact the original quote.

For the pet owners out there, the whole gang passed the dog test too. By the end of the project my dog Gus was excited to see them when they showed up and sad to see them leave at the end of the day. I’m not sure if Blake noticed, but Gus was following him around the house dropping toys behind him.

Lastly, this is a locally run and owned business that has been around for over 30 years and it’s clear they take care of their customers and employees. Most of the younger guys on the crew were able to recently buy their first houses. That, plus the very reason price of the project makes it clear that they are striking a great balance of taking care of their customers and their own people.

I asked Fox (which had been recommended by a neighbor) to check my HVAC system for viability after another service organization had recommended replacement. Dennis Fox inspected my system and gave me his honest appraisal of it's longevity. I appreciated his candor, his expertise and his the integrity with which he discussed his competition. I will be doing business with Fox in the future.

Fox recently installed a Carrier HVAC unit with care and efficiency. I am pleased with this installation and recommend this company.

Jerry Madrid the tech who provided service to our aging gas fireplace was fantastic! An absolute value add to Fox. Professional and thorough he worked magic in getting our fireplace back up and running. I would highly recommend Fox Heating and Cooling.

Super Happy with Justin and Nick who came to help us out with our bathroom exhaust fan. The fan wasn't moving air and after a short inspection and consultation, it was clear the old fan wasn't venting correctly. Nick came and replaced the fan, ran new ducting out the roof, and cleaned everything up super quickly! The fan is moving lots of air now! Very happy with Fox's quick and cost effective solutions. This is the third time we've had them out to help us with HVAC solutions at our place. 10/10 would recommend!

Instead of adding another unit to balance our tri-level house, they upsized and adjusted our duct flow in two locations. Now our house is balanced and comfortable all over and the cost was way less than a new system. I'm so glad we contacted him and they took care of us the honest way! An all around awesome crew (Blake & Justin) and company to work with and they'll be doing all of our work from here on out!
