Charles and his trainee did an excellent job with our fall maintenance on our heatpump and air handler. They were thorough and efficient. Both were very friendly, yet professional. Thank you, guys!

They sent someone later in the afternoon to give us a bid on duct cleaning because of the flood in our crawl space. My husband also thought he was very , very good. He really liked him and felt he was honest.
We accepted the bid and they are coming tomorrow to clean our ducts.

Our Tech, Cal, came to perform an annual check up of our HVAC system & plumbing inspection. He was timely, tidy & shared helpful information for our needs.

Del did a great job, in and out and really good at explaining the situation. I've had a few techs from Owyhee come out before and it's not easy to find someone that's great at tech and customer service, but Del checks all the boxes. Del should also get a raise.

Technician was John Phillips. He did thorough and efficient work. Nice guy and very informative. Will be meeting with them to get a quote on a tankless water heater soon.

Calvry was thorough, neat, honest and friendly. He went through all options once inspection was completed. Ichose to add a Pure Air system and replace a sensor.

Technician was on time and began working immediately. He determined what the problem was and cleared the obstruction quickly. He explained all of his work and showed us how to do simple upkeep we could do. He was very polite and friendly, and clearly had all the training and knowledge necessary to complete the job. We were very pleased with his performance.

They installed a new air and heating system in the last few years and so far they have been working good. I would recommend this company and the young man they sent. HANDS DOWN the best service I've ever encountered! This dude Charlee came out and got my heater working after 2 years of my kiddos and I having to deal with space heaters cuz prior companies couldn't fix the problem. But Charlee did! He was determined to get us proper heat going and he succeeded with the help of a few calls to others in the company too.
