We had an issue with our furnace, I spoke with Dennis on the phone and he was very responsive and got someone out the next day to look at it. Jerry was great and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on and what work was (and just as important, was not) needed going forward. Will use Fox for all our HVAC needs now. I can’t say enough great things about Fox Heating and Cooling. It was time for a new AC and our furnace was nearing its end of life so we had been planning to replace both this year. Dennis gave us several options ranging from super high end to budget friendly which I really appreciated.

The techs were fantastic! It was a big job and they spent all day in/out of our home. They were super friendly and professional despite the rain and snow AND they left everything clean.

Fox Heating was wonderful to work with. Dennis was very professional but also did not push anything on us. He even encouraged us to shop around for our new HVAC system, which we did. However, we came back to Fox because they had the best deal and we very much trusted them. Our new system works great, and their customer service is second to none. We had a problem with our thermostat last week, and they came out the very next morning and repaired it. I can't say enough good things about Fox Heating. A friend recommended Fox Heating & Cooling and spoke highly of the owner Dennis and the work he'd done. So when we had a problem last winter, we called Fox, and, later, when we needed a spring check, we signed up for the "comfort program" for twice-a-year check ups. We had the same technician (Nick) for the problem and the spring check, and both times, he was as quick to get here as possible, considerate, kind, professional, and methodical. In the first instance, he clearly explained the situation and was right in diagnosis and what to do; for the spring check, along with his methodical and thorough check of furnace and heat pump and refrigerant, he cleaned out the heat pump housing including screen, all within the comfort care service. Trust in a company's and its employees' knowledge, attention to detail, and problem solving really means a lot when dealing with one's house and its operations, and this company is made of great people who truly aim to help people.

When I mentioned to Danielle, who works in the office, a serious problem we were having with our home but unrelated to HVAC, she told Dennis about our overall situation and said we needed his advice! He then took time out of the soonest busy day he could to come by at the start of that day to see what we needed! He truly listened and observed and then suggested a plan of attack, making us feel like we had options and that all was not lost; he also connected us to someone he'd found capable and would trust his own home with--someone within a network of people skilled and committed to doing good work. As my friend had indicated, the people at Fox are real humans who care and are trustworthy. They have our highest regard! Thank you Fox Heating and Cooling folks!

Nick and Danny did a great job installing my new HVAC system. They were estimated to be at my house all day, but were done and cleaned up by 1:30, which I really appreciated because it meant my heat was back on quickly! Dennis was quick and easy to work with for financing.

I can't say enough good things about Dennis and his family! The absolute best in the state! Truly a caring, concerned, knowledgeable, professional, incredible company. I had a horrible AC shutdown in August at 110 degrees, and Dennis walked me through the repair. My daughter had an equally horrible heat crash YESTERDAY (it was 40 degrees in her house) and once again, it was Fox Heating and Cooling to the rescue! I should buy all of you Superman/Superwoman shirts! Thank you again for being amazing!!

Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly technician. Even after he diagnosed and fixed the problem, he took the time to look everything over on our water heater, clean the few little spots that weren't perfect, and make sure there were no other issues or potential problems. Fair and honest pricing. 10/10 would recommend.

Jerry M from Fox Heating and Cooling has done an amazing job for us! A couple of years ago when I complained about our air conditioning not cooling well Jerry took the time to really look at our system and found it was originally wired as a 2 stage system but only has 1 stage. The unit was working overtime and not effectively cooling. He re-wired it and it has worked perfectly ever since. In fact we started seeing dramatic savings on our summer power bills. Fox replaced my mother's furnace and AC unit and went above a beyond to make sure she was happy and comfortable. They did outstanding work, the price was fantastic and everything was done quickly and professional. Jerry Madrid at Fox Heating & Cooling took the time to explain to me what was going on with my HVAC and offered some additional tips on how to increase the life of my AC unit. I have had other companies come out to look at the AC unit and tell me that it needed to be replaced to start working again. Jerry diagnosed it and was able to fix it instead on the spot.
