I have used the Comfort Source exclusively on my 12 rental properties since 2009. All different types of systems, brands, age and Lynn Johnston & Co. keeps them all running perfectly. No Drama. Since then I have built a new home and forced my general contractor to use The Comfort Source on the new home install. Easily the best thing I did in the construction of my new home. My energy costs are a fraction of a similar plan home up the street using the upgrade equipment installed by TCS. Since you use the HVAC system every day, choose your technicians wisely. You can't go wrong with The Comfort Source.

Lynn is very experienced and knowledgeable in his business. He is very professional and strives to make to make sure his customers are 100% satisfied. He installed a new air-conditioner along with solar attic fans. It has made a big difference in the comfort of our home. We highly recommend Comfort Source for your heating and air conditioning needs.

After some bad service call experiences with other HVAC companies,who couldn't be bothered to actually service my older furnace, it was a huge relief to find a company that wanted to fix the problem instead of just selling me a new furnace. Craig took the time to disassemble and inspect all the furnace parts and fix the problem. Furnace is running better than ever. It's great to find a company that cares about the customer as Comfort Source does.

I have nothing but good things to say about Craig and his professionalism. He was able to help me quickly, and work with me and my schedule. They put in a whole new system in my house and I am thrilled. So, thank you to the comfort source!

I've had great experiences with this business. I've used them for a number of years to service my heating and AC units. They are professional, kind and respectful of my home when they are here. I've been in a few "jams" with either AC going out in the summer time or furnace going out in the winter time and I've always received timely service from them. I feel like they have fair pricing and provide me with good options for what I should do (repair equipment vs. replace equipment for example). I highly recommend them.

My whole experience was excellent - everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and punctual and we got a same day AC fix on a hot summer day with a simple part replacement. The rep who came out also took the time to explain the process and expense involved in replacing the AC/furnace units, but didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I’ll definitely use Comfort Source when the time for replacement comes!

Craig saw us stopped on the side of the road and took time out of his day to help us fill our tire. Very thankful for this kind human. God bless you.

-Made an appointment for Tuesday. A time window between 10-11
- I called them after 11 (11:18) to be told they are running behind.
- another hour later still no call
- I finally got a hold of them via text and rescheduled for the next day (Wednesday).
ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME THING HAPPEN!!! UGGG
No show no call
when I tried calling with no answerer, I was texted "Sorry, I can't talk right now." they were on the phone with the techs.
I never got another phone call back with an arrival time. When I finally got a hold of them, I made another appointment.
Not even sure why I tried and reschedule a third time
(I canceled that one)

The Comfort Source are our new heroes! Our furnace starting acting up - constantly cycling on and off. We called one of the big companies in town - they sent a tech who diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. They said the furnace was too old to get a replacement part and then starting telling me I needed a brand new furnace for either $7K or $12K (they were nice enough to give me two options!) A friend recommended The Comfort Source - and I gave them a call. In the two days the other company was sending me fancy reports telling me that I needed a new furnace, The Comfort Source found two options for a replacement motor - one branded Tempstar motor and one compatible generic one. The tech came out and lo and behold, found out the issue was not the blower motor at all, it was a bad limiter switch. Thank you Comfort Source (Mike is the man!)

Five-Star Service from Tony!
Tony came out late Wednesday night to fix our heater and quickly diagnosed the issue within minutes. Since it was late and he didn’t have the right control board for our older unit in his van, he returned the next day and had it replaced in no time. The heater fired up like a champ! Tony was not only efficient but also incredibly courteous. Because of his outstanding service, I’ll be turning to this company for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Great company. Been using them for years. AC went out at the office on the 10th 100 degree day in a row and Mark was here within 90 minutes because he was in the area and we've been working with him for near a decade. Didn't expect same day, let alone that kind of service.

Do Not Recommend! After scheduling an appointment and waiting nearly a week - they called and cancelled the day before they were to be at the property. We were able to find a more reputable company that stepped in and made the appointment that Northwest couldn't!

We made an appointment to have our A/C unit assessed and probably replaced. We were scheduled a week out because it's August and workload is heavy. I got a call to cancel our appointment 23 hours before because they cannot work new clients into their schedule. I understand these situations but it would have been nice to know at the time of scheduling and/or in the last week. Informing us the morning before our appointment will now make us wait another week to get in someone else's schedule.

Highly recommend! We received three DIFFERENT opinions about what was wrong with our AC unit. Called Northwest and they came out and shot it to us straight. No upselling. They actually tried to help us save money and time...imagine that :) Great customer service over the phone as well as highly professional technician. Super impressed and will be using this company from now on to help with my HVAC needs.

This is such a great company to work with. Sean is one of the top guys there and he was awesome - a real pro. Everyone from Northwest that came to our house during the install of a new furnace flue was super nice - and did such a great job. We were very impressed, thanks so much Northwest!

We recently sold our home in Meridian, ID and during the inspection there were several HVAC issues that were noted. I was referred to use Northwest Heating & Air by our realtor and they didn't disappoint. The showed up on time, the technician, Marc, was not only professional, but went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of things during his 1 hour initial inspection. There are a lot of companies that would assess during the 1 hour and then came back for repairs charging a lot more. Marc took care of things that were simple, he upfront and honest. As a consumer, my biggest fear is always being taken advantage and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a business with integrity that does the right thing.

We are all busy, but when I receive great service I feel obligated to acknowledge that and allow others to "be in the know." Northwest Heating & Air Conditioning earned 5 stars from me. Great Company, Great People, Great Service! Thanks again!
