Cheyenne arrived right on time promptly when she said she would answered all my questions with very, very knowledgeable and completed the work and recommendations in a very timely manner. All in all a very very excellent. Visit my dog's approve of her. I was very impressed by her work ethic and her knowledge and I like her.

The repair agent that came out to mountain home on feb 25th was amazing his name is not on the card and I forgot it he had long hair and very noticeable about the job he so need a raise

Can I give her a 10? Chyenne was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with our furnace straight away. She quickly fixed it and made recommendations about services that could improve our HVAC systems. She was personable and pleasant! A great representative of Quality Heating!

I agreed to a $89 diagnostic fee, Samantha came out and wanted an additional $238 to do the diagnostic and also said depending on how much work she had to do to do the diagnostic it could go up from there. This is the classic bait and switch scam. I told her that I would call another company. Another company came out within 10 minutes, they did a diagnostic for $99 and figured out that my thermostat had a short circuit in it so I just bought a new thermostat it was that easy. I should report this behavior to the attorney general office in case this is how they operate for everyone.

Thank you Quality Heating & Cooling! When I bought my 1940s house, I knew there would be HVAC issues since the furnace was ancient and there was a swamp cooler upstairs. The first company I called said they could fix the problem by just replacing the furnace and AC. $18k later, and no heat or AC upstairs. Problem not fixed! The second company said they could reroute the ductwork to fix this problem, but after six weeks of no heat at all and barely any progress, I fired them and called Quality Heating & Cooling. I am so glad I did!
Quality Heating collaborated with us to solve the problem and had the job done within a week. While they were fixing our complex old house problem, the more experienced guys on the crew were patiently teaching the newer guys all their tricks, and it was great to see how much they invest in their people. Now I have a zone for each floor and every corner of the house is evenly heated/cooled and it's been working great for two years now!
Quality Heating has been great in maintaining our system, too. Jake is very knowledgeable and has been awesome every time he comes out. He even drains our water heater for us!
After dealing with such shady HVAC contractors who took advantage of us, I am happy I found such a professional company in Quality Heating and highly recommended them to anyone who needs HVAC work. You will not be disappointed!

Jeremy was friendly and knowledgeable about our new furnace issue. He was also great in explaining failure cause and double checked when he replaced a bad pump. A great employee to have.

Jake came out right on time to take a look at some issues we were having with our heat pump. He quickly found the problem was with our old thermostat and recommended a replacement. He replaced the thermostat quickly and cleanly and showed us how to use it. It has so many advanced features yet is very easy to use! Jake was awesome - professional, knowledgable and just great to work with!

Quality Heating and Air does a fantastic job. From the beginning of the process to the end the staff is pleasant, efficient, kind and respectable. I always have Jake as my technician and now after 3 years we share a hug and catch up on life. He’s thorough, patient and thoughtful. Alfredo was fantastic in giving us options/estimates for our furnace, which they discovered had a crack in 1 of the heat exchangers. Devin was also fantastic! He was the man who came to our house first to see what was going on with our furnace. He then had Alfredo come to give us the options/estimates. They were both very, very nice, funny, and spent A LOT of time with us!

Garrett did an amazing job, he was courteous, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. I made the right choice in choosing to go through Access Heating and Air Conditioning 😊 very satisfied!!
