As always we had a great experience. Josh showed up to do our semi annual inspection to get ready for summer and he was super friendly and helpful. He found an issue with our water tank and called in one of their plumbers who came out the next day. Kyle showed up and he too was super friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us the price but then when my husband explained that he was some what familiar with how to fix what needed to be done, Kyle gave him some great tips including the best place to buy the part!! We are beyond grateful for both of them being proficient and helpful!!

We had a new HVAC system put in in June of this year. The system is fantastic. Our representative came out, his name was Alfredo, he was professional, he explained everything so we understood the pricing was easy to understand so we knew how much they were going to charge us. They came within a few days got our new system installed and ready for hot summer weather. I couldn't speak more highly of access heating and air. Today they came out and installed an air purification system. So I'm looking forward to seeing how that helps keep our home even cleaner than ever as we have a big dog and a high traffic family. The technician today Devin was really kind and really knowledgeable he explained the new system to me and want to expect. Thank you access heating and air for your professional services. I look forward to many years of good maintenance in my home.

Today Chace Freestone came out to do a tune up on our AC. He was friendly and helpful. He showed me what to do to help my AC run smoothly this summer. He was courteous and efficient! I’d recommend him and Access to anyone!

Had a 25 year old furnace that needed fixing/replacement. The first technician, Colin provided me with all options, and Alfredo came by and gave me a wide range of solutions. Within one day, I have a new furnace and AC unit. Prices are competitive but what set this experience apart was the service. Barack and Obadiyah (installers) were phenomenal. Ran into a couple small issues that they took care of right away. Very professional and both did excellent work. Above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I had a complete new installation for A/C and furnace on my 5 year old new build today. Yeah I know, that was not expected so soon. I won't mention the builder but he has a good reputation. However, I think his subs were not very experienced. Nevertheless, Access Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my units today and their installation was stellar. I had techs Jeff and Ryker working on my home all day long and were friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent installation. The company was fair and equitable and I can recommend their services. Good job guys!

They provided prompt service when our unit went out in the heat of the summer. The unit was 19 years old and needed full replacement. They had the new unit installed within 24 hours and at the best price out of multiple quotes.

Tech removed part, has in his hand, says it needs to be cleaned, wants to charge 75.00 more dollars to clean. Might have taken 5 minites. Not what I call a maintenance call. Will not have anymore maintenance checks, all they are is to find any thing they can find to charge more. Said a motor was over amping but wants 1400.00 to replace, warranty of no use until motor fails, nice warranty.
