Dean was a very courteous and knowledgeable individual as he inspected my garage propane heater unit. I called because I smelled propane in the garage during day as I went in and out.

Dean inspected the unit and tested the propane valve and fittings with in the unit for leaks and found that the internal heater valve was leaking. He secured the gas shut off valve prior to the unit so that I wouldn't worry.

I would recommend him to anyone. He was very experienced and was kind and friendly with his communication with me. Thank you so much Dean.

Cody was exceptional and addressed the problem we had. His work was thorough and kept the worksite clean. He not only provided answers to all my questions, he fully understood our situation and provided great service. Definitely recommend Cody with Right Now Plumbing!!!

Just had my home heating and AC inspection done by Bruce, and I couldn't be more pleased. He was respectful of my home (wore shoe covers/cleaned up), answered all my questions, and made sure everything was tuned up perfectly for the coming season. Right Now Heating and Air is lucky to have him. Five stars

I have looked at the reviews. I think it all depends on your experience. i called around because I live out in the county could not find one company that would come out and service our furnace. Right Now sent out a flyer. called them they came out same day. fixed our furnace Ryan was a great help but told us our furnace was 25 yrs old and we should get it replaced. didn't have the finances for it at the time. it rain most of the winter for a good solid 4 months. went down again just recently. called Ryan came out and took a look and told us what's wrong and the cost. he said with it being 10yrs over the life expectancy that by the time we fix it another part will go bad and will cost more. so instead of plugging more money into repairs we had a sales man Nic come out. Nic was super friendly and great to work with. got us a killer deal on the furnace and AC unit. paid for it up front even though they offer financing. Next day the installers were out at our house installing. they did a great job. nice thing is they gave us credit for the jobs and services they had done before towards the new installation. They are friendly fast and don't want to tap the bank account. For the most part they have everything on hand and didn't have to wait for items to come in. They are awesome!!!

Horrible communication and lack of professional know how.
I set up an appointment for this plumbing company to come out and cap off my gas range and install my under mount sink-both services they said they could handle.
Bad information on the sink as they do not install them. Fine I thought. However, the plumber they sent out told me he wasn’t super familiar or felt comfortable capping off a gas range and removing it from the wall so Lowe’s could deliver my new one?!? Why send someone out who couldn’t do the job when you knew of the services I was requesting.?!? I was very detailed in explaining what I needed done.
Such a waste of my time!
I then called another local plumbing company who not only was super helpful and professional but extremely confident in the services I was requesting. Due to Right Now Plumbing dropping the ball, my plumbing requests were treated as an emergency request and I was squeezed in first thing the next morning by the competition.
I’m not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from if their plumber cannot perform a simple task as capping off a gas line. I quite frankly would have done this myself, but Idaho’ codes require a professional plumber do the job.

I called Right Now heating because of an ad I got in the mail. They were running a special, furnace tune up and water heater flush. They sent Ryan over the same day and he did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace and water heater. He was very professional and I'm 100% satisfied with the job that he did. He did point out to me some flu work that I needed doing but other than that my furnace was okay. He did leave me a quote for a few items, one of them I have been thinking about which is a whole house humidifier but he wasn't pushy at all. I would definitely have them come back again.

Ryan Anderson is wonderful. He is timely, professional, and knows his stuff! He properly diagnosed the problem with the AC unit and immediately began the repair. He deserves a raise for making your company look so good! I will definitely use your company's service again. Thank you.

Great company. Excellent service. Marquise arrived on-time, was very polite, and thoroughly explained the scope of work he would be performing. I was very pleased with his efficiency and I will request him in the spring to service my A/C unit.

Kaiden helped us out; he easily diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part in his truck and solved the problem within an hour. Kaiden is polite, personable, knowledgable, and efficient. I’d be happy to have him back out again if we ever encounter further issues. Kaiden, thank you so much!

Brian of Right Now Heating came and replaced our old water heater that stopped working the very same day. He was professional, courteous, and kept me informed. He completed the job that day within several hours and it works great! Thank you again :)

This company runs cougar and trademark. They have no techs that have any real experience and will only try to sell you a new system instead of a repair regardless of it's age. They are trained to push the sale and no they will be punished if their numbers are low. Be careful with which company you hire! Go with Bills heating and air condition instead, you won't regret it.

Marquise was exceptional. He took the time to explain our systems needs and offer multiple solutions for a repair, got the work done quickly and cleanly, and was extremely pleasant to work with. We will definitely be calling Right Now for any future work thanks to the great service Marquise provided us.

After my Black Friday furnace inspection, I met with Gary Chandler. I think they call him a Comfort Specialist which is a sales person. He evaluated my home and made recommendations. He even scheduled an evaluation for remodeling which I thought I would need to contact a contractor for. I didn't know Right Now offered many services so I am glad to learn about them.

I can see why Gary is in his role since he is very good at his job. I did not get any other companies to come and give estimates for the work I am having them do or the potential work I want to do. Since I have not gotten any other estimates, I believe that the pricing is reasonable at the least and may even be better than that. Gary knows how to build rapport very well and had me thinking I have known him for a long time. If you have met Gary, you would already know what I mean. He knows his products and capabilities, listens to your needs, and gives solid recommendations while never being pushy.

I had installers Jim Magee and Jaron Gnietling remove my furnace and air conditioning and replaced it with a new furnace and heat pump with UV. Both were as wonderful as the two who did my initial furnace inspection. They were both very knowledgeable and the way they went about their work showed a competency that professionals display.

Being new to the area, I am glad to have Right Now doing the work. Home Depot Home Services has found a good contractor for my needs.

The staff at Right Now offices have spoken to me on the phone and I need to comment on them as well. They were delightful to talk with. I am so impressed with everyone I have been in contact with at Right Now.

Ryan is fantastic! He took care of our current AC issue, as well as issues with our thermostat that have been bothering us for years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working, with the added bonus of being very pleasant, helpful, and patient. We are so pleased with everything he did for us today and hope to be able to request him anytime we need help in the future.

Our technician Zurbie was great. He did great work and gave us several options for the findings discovered during our tune-up. I would definitely recommend!

I've been a customer of Right now heating and air since 2017 and they have always been amazing to work with. They have helped on 3 different occasions with different issues my almost 20 year old home has had. Everyone I have ever communicated with in the company has been amazing. The technician that have come toy home have all been professional and polite. They respect my home and property whenever they have helped in and around my home. I will definitely continue to work with them.

Cash and his partner (I can't remember his name, sorry I have brain damage and am horrible with names) were totally awesome. They walked me through the entire process and kept me informed along the way. They were very personable and kept everything clean. Both of them were were great every day kind of guys. I really enjoyed working with them!

Joe & Michael completed the installation of my new HVAC system within one day, as promised, leaving my home clean & cozy. Sara also has been great following up with me, even offering assistance with the new thermostat that's apparently smarter than I am! Thank you all at Right Now!
