Snowflake Air is an amazing company, very polite, knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. I got five quotes and am a very detailed person (I am an engineer) and Snowflake Air was above all the others in knowledge, professionalism, customer service, timely and all around service. Stop looking, without a doubt use Snowflake Air. I hardly ever comment on these reviews but was simply amazed and that is really hard to do as I am pretty critical.

Jake and Juan did a great job servicing my furnace and the mini split unit in the garage. They clearly knew what they were doing and take pride in their work. I am a retired electronics technician and they also answered all of my questions. Good job!

We had our 22-year old furnace and central air components replaced. I got 4 estimates. I chose Snowflake Air because Jose, who is also the owner, was the estimator who I felt was going to take the best care of me and not just try to sell me something. He even suggested that I try a few things that might put off the replacement for a couple of years. There was improvement, but I chose to replace anyway. From start to finish, the attention to detail and to my concerns was the best I have ever seen. Everyone involved was there to see that I got what I wanted and what I needed, no more, no less. Way above my expectations. And the price was very competitive. Snowflake Air gets my very highest recommendation. Thanks Jose!

Outstanding customer service, technician was very very knowledgeable. I had right now air come before they did and they said my cost would be over 2k for a new furnace, Snowflake came in and did a step by step investigation, after 40 min and some cleaning my furnace is running like new, my cost? $79, yes they saved me 2k so I already signed up for a yearly maintenance program, I don't want another company in my house, before calling one of the "big guys" call one of the last honest guys in the valley!!!

Great service and quick results. I had broken heater at night ( after 9 pm) right after Christmas . I had service guy from Snowflake air at my door 18 minutes after the call. Michael was great. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. In addition, he did some extra clean up. Extremely sutisfied and pleased with level of service and knowledge.

I received 3 estimates for an install of a Mini-Split ductless system to heat/cool my RV garage (chose Mitsubishi unit). Jose, the owner of Snowflake Air came personally to provide the estimate, not a salesperson as with the other co's. Unlike the other co's reps, Jose gave me various options right from the start re unit brands/models, materials, install methods, etc...I didn't have to ask. He then answered my questions and provided product brochures, etc... Very easy going, no hard sell. After that, Jose emailed me more product info for HOA approval and responded to a few add'l questions I had.
His price quote was somewhat close to one other co, coming out in the middle of the 3. Snowflake's online reviews were excellent, but I ultimately chose this co based on my gut feeling that they would not only do a quality job, but also that they would be the most responsive should any issue arise down the road.
So far, at one week after the install, I couldn't be more pleased with how well Jose and his staff communicates, the install, and the system itself. It's a night and day difference in my garage. Jake the lead on the install team and his helper Luis, showed on time, and did a very good and neat job in nasty weather. Assuming one is buying a quality product, the job's success always comes down to the installer. Like the friendly office staff, they were courteous and professional. This company communicates exceptionally well and is timely in responding. I would recommend Snowflake highly without hesitation.

Michael and Jose came out today to fine tune all of the duct work in our attic. We found that the previous technician did not adequately secure the duct work and we had lose lines blowing hot air into the attic. Not a good situation for our gas bill. In a couple of hours they had everything cinched up and working great. They are very affordable, on time, and the communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Snowflake Air installed our Mitsubishi ductless indoor heating and cooling system for our very complicated house. They were super responsive, did a great job of installation and whenever we had a question, they were quick to answer. Plus they are very nice people. My husband and I highly recommend them!

Folks are great! Very professional. They were honest, explained things to my content and I have never felt they were after selling things even if i didn't need them. Friendly and I love getting notified via text when they are on their way.

Update 2 years later. Still the best experience ever. I still appreciate the convenience and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Beware, this company will scam you!

I called this company to come out and diagnose my AC problems. I asked how much it would be for them to come out and they said the diagnosis fee is a standard $120. I said that was fine. They came out early the next morning. The tech was here for about an hour and found out that one of the wires on my thermostat was not connected causing the system to short cycle. I thanked him and he said they would bill me. A few weeks later I got a bill for $520! I called and asked the guy if this was a mistake and he said he would need to talk to his technician. After I explained that the technician just diagnosed the issue and connected a wire (no equipment was needed) I asked if they charge $520 for that, and he said yes sometimes they do. I told him he said it would only be $120 for the initial diagnosis and I never agreed for the technician to do any extra work above that. After some yelling back and forth he admitted this was purposeful, blaming me for telling him I believed I had installed the thermostat correctly since I did myself (it's a NEST).

I realize now that this company is trying to scam me. I agreed to a $120 diagnosis fee, and they switched it to a $520 fee to do the diagnosis and connect a single wire on the thermostat without any notice or opportunity to decline the work. Stay away!

Our furnace stopped working this morning and within about two hours of calling Snowflake, two wonderful guys came out to take a look. They fixed our problem very quickly and it was very affordable! We have a newborn so we were super worried about it being too cold upstairs tonight. Thank you so much for the quick service!

We had 5 units installed and we are delighted with their operation. The crew was professional and efficient. They took care to clean up any debris. The price quoted was accurate and there were no problems.

Randy Olivier was our system maintenance person today and he did a really nice and knowledgeable job of quickly reviewing our AC system both inside and out. He was very professional and neat leaving no mess and explaining everything he did. Even with our service call at the end of the work day, he was friendly and collegial. Snowflake always does a great job of keeping our heating/cooling system running well year after year.

I have been using Snowflake for several years now. The service is outstanding! I choose the interval and they show up to my house and replace my furnace filters for me. They are quick, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend their service for all your HVAC needs.

These guys were great to work with. They were prompt getting scheduled, showed up at the times they said they would. They gave us a quote and that was exact amount I was billed for. Our new AC was through our insurance and they did the work and did not hassle us at all while we waited for the insurance check to come in. I highly recommend Snowflake Air.

They were very responsive in providing a quote, and willing to explain all the costs. They showed up as scheduled and got our new furnace and AC installed and the old ones hauled away promptly. Everything looks great and has been working without issue. Very friendly to deal with, highly recommend their service.

Michael and his team from Snowflake Air is second to none. If I could give them more stars I would. My furnace went out in January and Michael was very professional, friendly, and very honest. He had the best bid out there. Michael came by multiple times to check things out before they started to make sure it was done right. Excellent crew and experience. They even gave me a 15% military discount. I can't say enough good things about Michael and his crew at Snowflake Air. Highly recommend... You will not be disappointed. Thank you again... Horribly deceptive business. STAY AWAY!!!! They quoted me $900 to work on my heat/AC pump, and said it may need a part but would not exceed $1,000 in total cost. I agreed and when I got the bill for the work it was over $2,700. I called and said there must be a mistake and got yelled at by the owner. After much arguing with him he agreed to accept $1,800 or would send it to collections. I ended up paying more than double what was quoted. Now reading through these comments I can see I am not the only one they took advantage of. They should be prosecuted for criminal mischief.

Snowflake air has been amazing to work with! They replaced our air conditioner/furnace/hot water heater all in one go! We also got zoning added for our split level house and they installed smart thermostats on both levels for our convenience! They made what
Could have been a very stressful experience EASY! They said it would take 2-3 days and got it done in a day and a half! I cannot say enough good things!

I believe that this company is absolutely untruthful in everything they do. Being a woman and out of state owner, I feel that I was REALLY taken advantage of and it has set me back quite a bit financially. They seem to be very good at convincing people that they are a great company. Unfortunately, I fell for it, too, based on their reviews. I felt zero respect from the owner towards me as a woman and believe he thinks he should get away with whatever he wants to. I wish I could go into more detail, but I believe he would retaliate.

They claim to be A+ BBB Accredited when clearly they are not. They also claim to be veteran-owned and I really doubt it based on their other tactics. In my opinion, they act like any lying and stealing from people is their right as a business. My advice is to stay far away from this company. I wish there was a way to stop them from doing this to other people.
