Snowflake was great to work with. Jose assessed the system and the issue we were having, explained everything clearly and provided plan for maintenance and repair. Two ductless heads and a heat pump were deeply cleaned, and a blower motor replaced. Ductless is still hit or miss on whether companies truly know how the systems work, and it's obvious that Snowflake knows them very well. We'll be using them in the future for any/all system needs.

Jose and his team are amazing! Our heater broke in the winter and they came to the rescue. Melody who took the call and scheduled the service was so nice and helpful. She was able to have Jose out the same day we called. Jose was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it right away. And it cost us WAY less than we thought!

He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and answered all my questions. Snowflake Air is awesome. We’ve had them install all new systems in our house as well as in our RV garage/shop. All the techs have been super knowledgeable and professional. Also, whenever we’ve had an issue (few and far between), they have always been there same day for us. I also love how they use modern online systems, so we get automated texts and notices when techs are in route. Highly recommended!

We moved into a 2 story home that really didn’t have adequate cooling for the upstairs. After searching and reading prior reviews we went with Snowflake Air. We are very happy we did. They took time with us to discuss options and we decided to go with a ductless system upstairs. This was a cheaper option and it’s been running straight for a few months perfectly. They are very professional and I think they left the work areas cleaner than what they were to begin with! They have great customer service. I found a small leak last night on our regular unit and called at 8am. They were here and fixed the minor issue and done by 10am. I cannot say enough for this company. I believe they care about their customers and their image. We are very pleased and will keep using them for any future needs. Thanks!

Jose was very careful to give us all of our options for repair or replacement with the pro and cons to each choice. There was zero pressure from him to buy a new system. However, with our 25 year old system, we opted for replacement. His techs were friendly and did a great job installing our new HVAC system. 100% recommend their services. Honest, kind, and straightforward!

I've used Snowflake Air for furnace repair and had a very good experience. They were on-time and professional. The cost was reasonable and I've had no problems in the several years since they handled my furnace repair. Since my system is now 18 yo, I've decided to buy their twice yearly service (autumn for furnace and spring for A/C) which I think is a fair program. I get a very positive feeling talking to their technicians and office staff.

Jose came to our house to fix our mini split. After thinking he found the problem he charged us $850 to fix a problem just to find that it still doesn't work and the original problem (motherboard) was never the problem and the old problem was still good and well. After it wasn't working told us to contact our electric company because it must be an issue from them. After that wasn't the problem Jose wouldn't answer calls and didn't come back for over a week. When someone came back Jose wasn't the one to overlook the problem again. Just to tell us in the end that we would have to get an entire new unit and we would be credited only 750 for it. Lucky I can't mark 0 stars but I wouldn't call and if I would again, I would ask for Jose to not be apart of it.

Highly recommend. Arturo was easy to work with and talked me through the project in a way that was super helpful. Didn’t feel any pressure, but rather that he wanted me to be fully educated. His pricing is great and his team did an awesome job installing the mini-split and cleaning up after. Only great things to say about them.

Our AC suddenly stopped working this morning, I spoke with a very friendly person on the phone and she managed to get someone out the same day. Their system seems well organized and streamlined, I received a confirmation text and a heads up when a technician was en route. Jose showed up right when they said he would be here, he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes then made absolutely sure everything was working as expected. Even gave me a few tips on a new house we’re building. Will not hesitate to call again or refer a friend.

We hired Snowflake last month to replace our entire old HVAC system with a ductless inverter system. Jose did the initial assessment and was very thorough in how the install would work, how a ductless system works, and the best type of system for the size of our home and what we were looking for. He also offered to remove our old condenser, furnace, and ducts (which were in pretty bad shape) during the install, and set up the gas lines so we had the option of later installing a gas range, and a gas grill outside. The installers were friendly,!professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They had to cut into a bit of our drywall for the lines but once they finished and patched it up you could hardly tell the difference.They did in fact remove our old HVAC equipment which freed up our entire crawl space and some of our patio outside. The system has been working great so far and we are glad we switched, and we would highly recommend Snowflake for folks looking for this service!

Jose and his team at Snowflake air installed a Mitsubishi ductless system in our home back in 2021. This system is still today my favorite house upgrade in terms of the comfort we receive for the money we spent. Jose is an honest businessman whom I highly recommend calling for your HVAC needs.

Called several hvac companies in the valley, and none of them seemed interested in installing a mini split ac unit for my master bedroom. Spoke to Jose at Snow Air and he responded right away. He came out and gave me an estimate for the job. The estimate was very reasonable. They were able to get the unit installed within the next few days. They were very professional and explained the system to me. The unit runs very quiet. Had a window air conditioner the was just too noisy to try and get a good night sleep to. Window air conditioners are not quiet in a bedroom no matter how quiet they claim to be. The Samsung unit that Jose installed is so quiet you don’t realize it’s on. Should have done this years ago. When I get ready to replace the central air conditioning unit for the house, I will be calling Jose at Snowflake Air. They are fair and honest in their estimates and work. Thank you Jose.

I don’t know how to thank Jose and his team enough! My partner and I live in a converted school bus tiny home and were in need of a heating/cooling system. Calling Snowflake Air got us a top-rated Mitsubishi unit with a very well-thought out secure installation. Jose, innovator of the Skoolie year, came up with solutions to challenges of having a mount for a home on wheels and he foresaw possible pitfalls (literally) that are going to save our butts (while keeping them cool and warm).

The team…Gary, Jake, Ron were so efficient and are men that clearly know their craft. They put pride into their work and wanted to make sure we were happy with the aesthetics by keeping everything so neat while secure. Taryn and Tiffany were amazing office support in that they were incredibly responsive and helpful.

I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with Snowflake Air. Jose and his team are amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. I had a very bizarre situation with my AC unit and they went above and beyond to ensure I knew my options and what the cost would be so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. I called Snowflake Air due to a problem with my heater and Ryan and Matthew came by my house the same day. They were able to diagnose the problem, do a diagnostic test and get my furnace working properly. They were both professional and respectful. I highly recommend Snowflake Air.

Aaron did a great job servicing my AC system, he let me know that it was low on refrigerant and that it is still under warranty and to contact the installing contractor to make the necessary repairs, I will recommend TSS Home Comfort!
