Showed up when they said they would. After a quick inspection and diagnostics, they knew exactly what my air conditioning unit needed. They repaired it without charging an arm and a leg. Amazing individuals! I would highly recommend them.

We recently had an issue with our furnace which wasn't producing heat. Nate and Chris came out to our house quickly (same day as call) to assess the issue. Other local companies we called couldn't get to us until the next week! The guys showed up on time and were knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell they enjoy helping people. Our system was indicating a weird code and they ran a few test to diagnose the problem. Through the testing it was determined that our motherboard was giving off false codes and could be going out. Rather than charge us upwards of a $1000 to install a new board they got the system functioning properly again and showed us some things to do to keep it working until the board finally does go out completely. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity which can be hard to find these days. Can't say enough good things about these guys and I highly recommend BNR Heating and Air for any issues with your furnace, A/C, or HVAC System. Local guys that are reliable, knowledgeable, professional and honest! Thanks BNR we will call again but hopefully not for awhile!

Top notch and prompt customer service! Came out and tested blower motor and the rest of the HVAC system to identify the root cause. Chris acquired the parts next day and came to finish off the job. Couldn't be happier. I'll be sure to use BNR for all of my air condition and heater needs for my home. Thanks guys for taking great care of my family!

BNR is the best HVAC company I’ve dealt with by far. Super caring, prompt, and with great communication. These individuals are super kind and eager to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. If you’ve had a bad experience with these guys I can guarantee that it is actually the property management that is screwing you and using these guys as the scapegoat. Great local company to count on.

Nate has taken care of many of my HVAC needs lately, some rather urgent and he is always on top of things and good at staying in touch about the progress. He does good work at fair rates, and is someone I can trust to get the job done!

We had a very old AC and furnace that finally died, and BNR stepped right in to help. After calling a few other companies, none of them gave as great service and follow up as BNR. They gave us a great education and recommendations on several options. They took time to explain the benefits of each option the various costs associated with it. We found their prices to be extremely competitive and fair. When it came to actually doing the work, they were extremely professional, clean, and pleasant to have in the house. The quality of work was fantastic, and they didn't cut any corners. They went above and beyond and even replaced a register that was missing in our kitchen.
I would highly recommend this team for all your heating and air needs!

Nate and Chris and BNR are so kind and helpful. They do their best to help fix whatever heating or ac problems you may have as quickly as they can. They have fixed both my furnace and my AC within the past year and have been excellent to work with. Definitely recommend using these guys!

New AC install--can't recommend strongly enough. Nate was very professional, great communication, patient and nice, his team did fantastic work, and perhaps most importantly was HONEST. He even got me an AC upgrade by leveraging his relationship with the supplier, and on top of it was still nearly $1000 less than my other bid. And best of all, they came out a couple weeks later to fix a primary condensation line under the house that didn't even have anything to do with their work, FOR FREE! In short, you're simply not going to find better value in terms of price and quality. Save yourself the time and book BNR.

What can I say! After hearing from multiple companies that I would have to take out a second mortgage just to get my AC and furnace replaced BNR heating and air conditioning came out for free to give me a estimate and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. Now I have brand new stuff and my ac is working and I'm not worried about my furnace for the winter Thanks guys!!

Great guys! Got me a new furnace and AC to replace a 25 year old unit that they have helped keep running last few years... until the wheels fell off.

Locally owned. Helpful professionals. They installed an island hood and did it with efficiency and the are knowledgeable and kindness. I would much rather call this shop anytime of the day than depend on any of their competitors in the area. We were referred to BnR by Terrance at New Age Remodeling and glad to have a great local referral.
