Ross showed up 30 minutes after I called since my A/C quit working. Ross explained issue and gave two options: one option was cheaper and the second was a new A/C unit (mine is 27 years old). At no point did Ross ever try to pressure me and he was willing to do what was best for me. I will never use a different HVAC company again. I would call Ross first for your needs.

One of the absolute best service people we've ever dealt with and in 53 years of owning homes, we have had dealings with many. He was very responsive when our heating system failed us on the coldest day possible (and on a Friday morning at that!)....had us up and running within 2 hours of his arrival that afternoon with a temporary fix while waiting for the correct part. He was professional, diligent about checking out all aspects to make sure that it was working as it should once he installed the new part a few days later. Is there a way to give 6 stars?? We certainly would if possible!!

Rossen helped me finish installing my mini split ductless ac. He was able to make the connections to the indoor and outdoor unit and pressure test and add freon. His price was well below others I had gotten quotes for. He did excelent work. Was honest and fair and provided additional information to me to help with the unit.

Rossen was highly recommended to be a knowlegable & competent person to maintain our heating & cooling system. We are very pleased with his work & find him to be pleasant & efficient on the job. We would recommend him to others if requested.

I called Ross and left him a message about wanting him to look at our system. He called back within the hour and said he would come out in couple hours to look at it. He checked out everything thoroughly and gave tips on how to get the most out of our system. He was prompt, thorough and honest. I will be calling Ross in the future for my HVAC needs.

This summer we needed to replace an aging and inadequate HVAC system in our home. The upstairs was too hot, even with zoning. We asked for a few bids and got the traditional song and dance from the bigger companies. A friend recommended Rossen (the owner of Ross' Heating & Cooling) and he was something completely different. He took the time to really look at our system - not just the heating and AC units, but also the duct work and vents. It turns out that the reason our upstairs was always hot was because of poorly-designed ductwork, which made the airflow too constrictive. The other sales guys didn't say a word about this - they were happy to just sell us a new unit and let their techs figure it all out after what would have been repeated calls.
Rossen was able to get us quality replacements for the furnace and AC (which needed to be replaced, regardless of the ductwork) and do the necessary changes to our ductwork for cheaper than what the others were going to charge us for just the units. And he explained everything so well that I now have a remarkably good understanding of all the intricacies of our installation (Rossen is an engineer at heart and loves explaining all this).
The results were immediately obvious. The upstairs was nice and cool for the hottest part of the summer and our system barely broke a sweat because of the improved ductwork design. The winter has likewise been nice and warm so far.
I liked Rossen so much that I had him come and service our rental units (some of which have severely aging systems) - which he did a great job at - and to do some additional ductwork for a remodel of one unit.
In every case, Rossen has been professional, honest, and affordable. I've recommended him to my neighbors (who have used him as well now) and will continue to do so to anyone looking for the best HVAC service around.

Ross was great. We had a problem with our AC damper motor in the middle of the heat wave. He responded promptly and was able to come out the next day. Ordered the part and was back to install within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

A GEM in the gem state!! If you are looking for professional, polite, prompt and HONEST - you want Ross' Heating and Cooling. Rossen was recommended to me when I was told I needed a new A/C and I nearly fainted at the prices I was quoted. He came and found a part (inexpensive) that was causing a leak and added some coolant. He thinks it will be several years before the unit needs replaced. He gave me thorough explanations of everything and most of all - he gave me peace of mind. He is living proof that honest service people still exist. I will be using him for all my HVAC needs and recommending him to all my friends.

Ross is very friendly and prompt. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year and Ross ensured he got us a same day appointment and got our unit back and running in no time. Other repair companies were weeks out but Ross ensures he made time for us knowing how hot it was. Such friendly service as well!

Ross found the root of my yearly AC problems (5 years worth) on day 1, confirmed on day 2 with additional testing on the system. We needed to replace a coil but our compressor was making some funky noises as well. We ended up replacing both and upgrading a half ton up so we didn't have to gamble on the smaller compressor over the next few years. Ross rebuilt the entire furnace because it was jerry rigged during the original build. The original filter position was placed behind some of the copper piping so it was hard to get filters in and out without rubbing. He fixed this and made it look cleaner than ever while reducing the size of filter needed--a $$$ saving move for me in the long run. He went above and beyond and everything has been running very smooth since.

I will be recommending Ross to anybody I know needing HVAC help!

After considering our options we decided to go ahead and have Ross replace our 32 year old system. He was there monday morning with our new furnace! Ross is so absolutely skilled, professional, and fantastic..! The furnace blower motor quit on Christmas Eve. He arrived, on 12/26 right on time. He had the motor in stock with his vehicle, and got our furnace running in about an hour and a half (fast), with a new motor and excellent advice to keep the furnace and AC in proper working order. It makes me happy to state that he is the BEST..! His services are AuSome (gold standard). Almost like Jesus..!

Ross saved the day and our wallet! Our AC had started tripping the breaker. We had a company who had serviced our HVAC in the past come out to diagnose. The tech said for what it was going to cost to repair, we’d be better off replacing to a tune of $5600. A friend referred us to Ross and he came over the next day to do a 2nd opinion. Ross' Heating and Cooling installed a long awaited mini split a/c for me. The job went great, Rossen is very thorough and friendly. I choose him because when he comes to bid the job, he's the one doing the job, he doesn't bid it and then send some workers who weren't in on the meeting. I like knowing my thoughts and opinions (too many!) are heard by the person doing the install. He heard me, the job is done, no surprises or up charges, and now I'm happy!
