As the Maintenance Director for a 130 unit Assisted Living Facility, I have been using TSS for over 13 years. The thought of calling any body other that TSS never crosses my mind. They are great!! It all starts with, "Its a great day at Total Systems", and just keeps getting better. ALL of the techs are highly trained professionals. Ive never seen such a bunch of nice guys in one company. Example: Spencer just came out to take care of 4 different issues. When I see him walk through the front door, I know my HVAC troubles are over. He can be on my roof servicing RT units in 104 degree heat and still smile. Long story short, TSS is who you want to call.

Aaron has worked on our HVAC systems for close to 10 years. Explains his work as well as thinks what will be needed ahead. When we sold our old house we brought TSS with us to our new place due to the service we received over the years.

I have used this company for years. Aaron has been my HVAC guy who has maintained the system, and kept it running smoothly. He is always on time, professional, and polite! I highly recommend TSS!

I have to let others know my experience with this company the last few years. I used Total System Service TSS, for a long time and had wonderful service. They replaced my AC, Furnace and water heater. Always good service my technicians. The last few days there customer service has gone south. The person who sets up the appointments works from home and is hard to get ahold of. When you call the office they can't help you. They will let the person who works from to call me back. That will be hours! I have had two appointments in the past and this week to have maintenance service done on my Furnace and no technician does not show up. Contact the company all excuses why they didnt show up. No communication from the compan

I highly recommend Fuller's Appliance Repair! My washer broke. The first guy( different company) came out and couldn't fix it. Not to mention, charged me an arm and leg. I called Fuller's Appliance Repair and the problem was solved! He was able to find the problem almost immediately and was out in no time. Great company. Really friendly. Thank you for your help!
