Such a great company to work with! Rachel and Johnny were so kind, quick in responding to my call, and quick to fix my appliance. I am so thankful for them and willingness to serve. Will definitely recommend them to all friends and family!

I was having trouble with my heater, so I found fullers appliance repair. Where can I even start when I called the lady who answered was so nice! She was professional and knew exactly what I needed. When John arrived at my house (and keep in mind they came FAST!!) He checked what was wrong, and gave me an exact estimate, while explaining to me exactly what was wrong and why. While he was there I told him I was having trouble with my washer, and if he could fix that too. He checked it out. Went outside, and got what I needed!! He fixed my washer that same day! They have great quality work with reasonable prices! I was super impressed with the results! Thanks to them!!!!

Came on time, actually early. Very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. Drove to Meridian, got the repair part and was back quick and go the repair completed. Now our oven works excellent. I would highly recommend John Fuller. He owns the company and does the work. At many appliance repair companies they send out a young employee that often is not very experienced. Not here!!

Great value for the money. Install took a few trips to get everything done, but Rossen was very quick and timely to make it all happen.

Ross heating and air did a wonderful job on my fireplace insert which supposedly was checked out by somebody else and said was bad but it's in perfect condition now that Ross and worked on it and the heating system very very happy with this work I will have him come back and service my AC unit in the spring he shows that he knows everything that is to be known as far as I'm concerned about AC heating and gas fireplace units I would use him again in a heartbeat thank you for the great job Ross heating and air

Very professional ! Last November , Installed our new system (removed the old) works wonderfully! Disposed of all the old equipment and cleaned up after the install. Came back to do a checkup to make sure all was running great. Very impressed and Happy!

After casually mentioning to my neighbors, my desire for zoning in my 20 yr old 2 story house, they all piped up and mentioned Rossen. I called, he responded quickly, and zoning aside, my AC unit was busted and I didn’t even know it. I did not even bother to get other bids, since 4 of my neighbors have used him, (our houses are all going kaput at the same time) and knowing my neighbors are very particular! By the end of the next weekend, I had a whole new unit. There was not a trace that they had been in my house. I had no idea how anemic (or busted) my 20yr old system was. I love Rossen and my new AC! Could not be happier.

Rossen saved us on a 100 degree when our a/c stopped working. He was quick to respond and had our a/c back up and running in no time! We are so grateful we didn’t have to sleep in the heat with our 4 month old! Thank you again.
