This company was the only company to encourage me to get a second and third opinion. I did but at the end I chose BNR because of how upfront they are. Now I have a new AC and Furnace and I couldn't be happier!

It was a Sunday evening and I discovered a lack of hot water. I called Nathan and he arrived in about 15 minutes. Upon entering the garage he began looking for a gas leak as there was a detectable odor. He inspected the water heater, the pilot was out. He tested it for leaks and found none. He continued looking for the source and after much searching and sniffing found a can of propane that was leaking. He relit the water heater and problem was solved in a professional, caring, and honest manner. None better.

Chris Rivera responded immediately to service call and issue was resolved same day. Had another unrelated issue two days later. Again, he responded immediately and resolved that issue same day too. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Was very pleased with services, would use again, and highly recommend.

What a disaster! I asked these guys to replace my 30 year old air conditioner with something better before the prices go up, but they actually installed something much worse. The air conditioning is so weak that I had to install an additional window air conditioner just so I could sleep at night. Now, I have to worry if I’ll be able to sell my place someday with this poor quality unit in it. What a nightmare!

BNR is entirely worth it, these guys showed up and threw in a new capacitor on our outdoor AC unit for less then half of what the other two big companies had offered to do it for, they explained everything in easy to understand detail and even showed me some tips to get more life out of my AC unit, these guys are top notch 11/10 work.

I received multiple estimates on my furnace replacement. BNR Heating and air provided the best value in town. They had my new equipment up and running before i got home. I would totally recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!

After paying for an HVAC company come out to diagnose my issue with my AC unit, I also received an equally high quote for a whole new system. At this point I was told my existing unit was toast, and so I was getting multiple estimates to replace my whole HVAC system.

The boys from BNR came out and diagnosed my unit for FREE, and figured out that there was still some life in it! They were able to repair my ac unit, and provided me with some great information about the industry and next steps if I wanted to replace my existing system! These guys were nothing short of miraculous! Now instead of being forced into replacing my system, I now have some time to spare. They were very honest, and friendly! These guys are awesome! Our AC stopped working last night. I just got in contact with them this morning and they were here by 5pm same day. Super nice people, had it fixed quickly and affordably. I will definitely use this company from now on.
