I would say that working with Drake mechanical, overall was a very positive experience. Their customer service was very responsive and the contractor working on our job was knowledgeable and thoughtful. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that some of the workmanship wasn't to the level I was expecting, everything works great, more regarding finished look.

What can I say about a company that goes above and beyond on all fronts! I had a water heater emergency and needed not only fast service but a company that had a quality product. Yes I could have gone to a big box store and bought some made in Mexico junk but Drake set me up with a Bradford White. Wow what a difference . In 20 years in my home I’ve never had hot water like I do now. Absolutely awesome. Thanks Drake Mechanical.

Thomas was super helpful, very respectful and knowledgeable. We had a new natural gas outdoor barbecue installed. Thomas helped hook up the new line and test it.

I had been using Drake for a number of years and during the last couple of years my furnace was periodically failing to light. Last year when one of their techs came to look at it he said that the electrical board was not telling him what the error codes were and didn't seem to be too alarmed. He cleaned it and it mostly worked fine for the rest of the season. At the end of December the furnace was still acting up and I wanted them to look at it again because the holidays were a week away. The same tech came and looked at it and said "the red light on the panel isn't on when it should be" and looked at other stuff and decided it was a $600 part that was the most likely cause - not the panel - and installed it. He got it to run and I thought it was fixed. Within 5 days the whole thing completely stopped working. I called for emergency help on a Saturday and was told they had no one available. So I called someone else. They tool a look, saw the same issue with the panel light, pulled the board off and found a big scorch mark. When I finally got a hold of someone at Drake I told them I wanted my money back from the repair they made. They said that because they couldn't come look at the furnace (before I had it replaced) that they couldn't verify anything. It worked for a few days after they left, so they were not responsible. If their tech saw the problem with the panel and then decided to replace something else, and it did end up being the panel, how is that not poor service???? They are supposed to be experts but can't put 2 and 2 together? Or admit when they did a bad job. Oh and I called to complain the day before my new system was supposed to be installed. 1- no one told me that I should have them come look at it to verify what I said 2 - they told me the owner would call me back but I had to wait two weeks and call them again. Her response: "Oh I guess you didn't get my message" right, like my cell phone doesn't have a call log showing me you never called.

This was mainly a consultation about our laundry plumbing. We had a good conversation about the options. In the end I decided not to change anything, and that has worked out OK.

Requested water heater inspection. The heater was OK but the cold water supply valve had evidently frozen at some time and was cracked. Drake replaced the valve and flexible connector. Advised me to wrap the cold water line with insulation since the water heater is in the garage.

We have Drake service our furnace and a/c every year and they always do a great job....always professional and on time. Being a part of their duck club gives us a savings on service calls and repairs. Thanks Jesse for taking care of us today!

Drake Mechanical was great to work with. We didn't have any A/c at the start of the summer heat and they were quick to respond with a quote and getting us onto their schedule ASAP. Bryce and Mike were very fast and got our entire install done in one day. They even stayed late to make sure that they could get it done so we didn't have to go another night with no air conditioning. Drake does great work and we will continue to work with them and recommend them in the future. The price was very fair and they offered us great financing options as well. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Responsive, fast and experienced. I had a tankless replaced by Drake the week before and one of the water lines was plugged which shut down my furnace. Thanks Bryce for the fast fix and getting my heat back on in 20 minutes.

After checking, we were assured that there are no issues.
We will have 2 maintenance visits within 12 months by joining the maintenance program. With the program which will have our pipes checked twice a year. The maintenance program will give us a piece of mind.

I have not had the pleasure of using there services or any other HVAC style company but from what two of my friends that used them they were very impressed with how the presented what they were going to do and all the details that goes with keeping you cool/ warm and running water so give drake a call.

Jordan and his partner went above and beyond to get us up and going. I had already attempted to unclog my sewer to the city side and was not successful. Jordan spent roughly 5 hours over 2 days in order to make my home habitable again. Jordan really knew his stuff and was a pleasure to chat with during our time huddled around the clean out. I know it’s not cheap, but you’re paying for a professional service that I have experienced to be top notch.

Thomas with Drake Mechanical has done multiple outdoor natural gas projects for us (fire pit, outdoor kitchen appliances, etc). Every interaction has been pleasant & informative, and the quality has been top notch. He's always gone above & beyond to make sure we understood the work that was performed and future things to keep in mind. Recommend!

We have used Drake Mechanical for the last five years for HVAC maintenance and are a member of their Duck Club which provides discounted services. They have always been prompt and accurate with inspections, services, and repairs. When our 20 year old air conditioner stopped working in 100 degree weather, we called Drake and they came out quickly during a very busy time of year. We decided to install a new HVAC system and water heater, in addition to duct work for the new system to better operate in our two story home. Bryce did a great job providing his knowledgeable advice and with in a week, our new system was install and works so much better than our original system ever did. We also appreciated TJ, the service manager, who provided us with a detailed invoice and warranty information. In addition, we received a member and cash payment discount off our total bill that lowered the cost by quite a bit. We recommend Drake Mechanical and are very happy with their customer service!

Friendly service. However i was incorrectly quoted on a simple inspection service to verify equipment was running for a sale. They charge a trip fee, a service fee per hour which was already overpriced. I used them because I needed the inspection immediately and they were the only one that could complete it within the same week. When they showed up, they said they quoted me wrong and added another $100 onto the service. I was not in a position to refuse the scheduled service, so I ended up paying the additional fee. Polite and punctual.

Great experience from start to finish. Everyone was communicative and skilled at their job. Had a few small issues, but the technician, Bryce, was able to get back the same day and solved the issue. Would highly recommend.

After Costco botched our oven install, Thomas and Carl were able to come out quickly. They discovered the Costco installers had broken the valve and their was gas leaking into our home. Thankfully they were able to take care of us quickly and quite literally could have saved our lives. They were super friendly and went above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough! We will be using Drake for every need moving forward.
