Kevin came out and did a clean/inspection. Took time to explain how our fireplace worked (we recently bought the house) and how to safely use it. He also checked out a separate gas fireplace and showed us how it worked as well. He even humored our kids in checking out their Halloween decorations. Great value all around.

Kevin was awesome! He arrived right on time and explained the whole process. He was very clean and thorough! No question went unanswered! I would totally recommend him. He gave us peace of mind as we head into fireplace season and I will use him again!

I've used Kevin for several years. He is so clean and professional. He's also trustworthy. If he says something is wrong, IT IS. Never makes up false problems. I am a real estate broker and have used many fireplace guys over the years and Capital Chimney is also the most affordable.

We were extremely happy with Kevin's service. He was on time, professional, and knew his stuff. When he was finished, he explained that we will only need a fireplace cleaning every other year, and included a discount because our chimney was relatively clean and didn't require as much work as we expected. He could have charged us full price and advised yearly cleaning and I wouldn't have known the difference. Kevin earned our loyal business.

We used Day Aire to replace our aging furnace. Very happy with the experience - technicians were on time, polite, price was competitive. Followup service has also been excellent, technician was at our house the next day after a call, even during holiday season.

I first learned about Day Aire as a referral from several people I work with who had Day Aire install systems at their homes. I have now had Dennis install two complete systems in two different homes and a mini-split in my garage workshop. Dennis and his crew are always courteous and did a professional job of installation including new ductwork.

Charged almost $300 to replace a thermostat. It was an unauthorized visit by a tenant and the company didn’t ask if they were allowed to do work on the equipment/ at the property in the first place. When I questioned them on the phone, I was quickly told “we do ask” and ushered off the call. However both the woman I talked to and her husband, the owner, both informed me they didn’t know it was a tenant living at the property. The worst part is that the problem wasn’t fixed and an issue arose with the AC unit less than 10 days after the visit. I usually don’t write reviews but this was a very frustrating situation to deal with.

Excellent service. Very prompt and affordable. Our furnace had a gas leak a couple days before Thanksgiving and after getting the run around from multiple providers, Brian contacted me and had the installation quote within a day. He then followed up by being here Monday morning following the holiday weekend and installed the furnace in a very timely manner (right before freezing temps outside). I highly recommend his company and services.

Jeff with Creek Enterprises Inc was great to work with. We had to get our HVAC serviced and checked out because of the sale of our home. Jeff & Dustin came to my place in Horseshoe Bend to install bathroom fans. I’ve been very happy with the results, they were friendly & clean. They even spotted a different (unrelated) issue that I had no idea about, they may have saved me from a potential fire.
