Doug came over to inspect a leaky fridge valve that we had and was very professional and informative. He gave us a quote and came back a couple days later. He was very quick and did a good job, I will definitely be calling Master Plumbing again when I need their services!

Jeff came on time and was very personable to work with. He did a great job at explaining the problem with the planned fix and the quote was straightforward and easy to understand. We just moved to the area and we’re very impressed with the quality of work and that we have found our plumber for any future needs as well!

Jeff was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Master plumbing.

Cliff was awesome, we had some sewer leakage on the side of our house and he got us all fixed up super quick. He was also really friendly and arrived before his scheduled time. If we have any future repairs we'll definitely give them a call.

Master Plumbing is our "go-to" plumber! We have multiple properties in the valley and unfortunately have experienced some major plumbing issues. We can't say enough about their quick response times, friendly and knowledgeable staff, honest and quality work. Highly recommend! I was extremely impressed with the quality of work James Rudy did in helping us solve our sewer issue. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was even more impressed that he got to us within an hour. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this business again and ask for James. What a great experience. We had the most pleasant technician. Dr Hunter J. Dr Hunter was skilled, quick, and a pleasure to have in our home. We were scheduled for sink plumbing to be connected and we were able to add-on an additional service with a quick call to the office. This was the first time we used this particular plumbing service and we would not hesitate to use them again - especially is they sent Dr. Hunter again :) Thank you!

I was hoping to have a slop sink installed in my garage, but it turned out the project would be much too invasive. Kyle was professional, patient, and very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to install the sink, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Master Plumbing again.

Kyle Varner installed a pressure reducing valve in my home. He was friendly, but very professional in explaining the work to be done. He took great care with his work and made sure that I was satisfied with the completed job. I give Kyle an "A".

Adam was awesome today in helping resolving a drainage issue. Not only did he fix it, he diagnosed it, showed me the results, and put a plan in place for a future permanent repair. Incredibly easy to work with and lots of knowledge. I am DIYer for the most part, but I am SO GLAD he came out solved a major headache that was way out of my reach. Loved the honesty too. See you guys in spring!

Kyle Varner did an awesome job repairing a leak in our crawl space and helping us understand the root cause for the leak. He was friendly, prompt, honest and transparent in his interactions with our family. He shared pictures and video of the problem, took time to explain it to us and worked with us to confirm his repairs fixed the problem. We would definitely hire him in the future.

Not enough stars for this business! In my entire adulthood I don't know that I've experienced such outstanding service. On a Sunday, after a fresh snow, late in the day, as a first time customer, and a surprise furnace failure later...this could not have been a better experience. This company will have my loyalty (and that of my family and all of our companies) as long as they are in business and they deserve yours too! From the first phone call into Giselle until outstanding human Jim Lyman drove away from our home, our minds were blown with the compassion, care, kindness, sense of urgency and technical expertise. It's just one Google review but the experience for us was a game changer. So many businesses talk about service but rarely do they ever deliver. THANK YOU Master Plumbing!

My first time using Master Plummer and I will be using them forevermore. Super nice and helpful on the phone, had a next day appointment available, Jeff showed up on time and he was awesome! Efficient, personable, funny and an all around delight! He even helped me move all my Christmas boxes so he could get into the crawl space, and he discovered where my water shutoff was INSIDE my house! I had NO IDEA after living here for 20 years! I’m so excited.

Thank you guys for being so impressive…hopefully I don’t need you again anytime soon, but I will be calling you back when I do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Austin and Hunter did an incredible job getting my kitchen plumbing set up. Austin provided my initial quote and the final price was exactly as expected. They got the work done quickly, remediated any issues, discussed options with me first, and made sure everything was tested and fully operational. They both went above and beyond.
