My water heater was leaking and Jeff came right over. He explained the process clearly and reviewed the components needed to complete the job. The whole process was very efficient, and Jeff was easy to talk with throughout. What really stood out was the value—true value isn’t just what a company says on their website, it’s how the customer feels at the end of the project. Jeff delivered on every expectation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. A great experience from start to finish.I will be requesting Jeff on my plumbing needs in the future.

We had Anthony Vargas come to our house to empty our septic system. Could not have been happier with the service. Anthony was extremely professional and thorough, letting us know the condition of our system and providing advice on how to keep things in top shape going forward. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys!

We have worked with Master Plumbing for a couple of years and through buying an older home, there have a few unexpected critical needs that they have helped with and this time was no different. We had an emergency leak in our ceiling that could not be traced and appeared to drip through recessed lighting only. Not only did they calmly assure us on the phone that someone would arrive soon, our plumbing technician Jim (Colburn) arrived within an hour, upbeat, positive and very focused on figuring out what the leak could be from. We were very impressed with how he treated it with care as if this was his own home and took it very seriously and efficient with great kindness. We just have to mention that Jim also took the time to explain what everything meant and helped us feel at ease that are home would be okay and not in any great danger or further damage while sharing knowledge with us about other potential issues in our home to prepare for the future. We really appreciate you Jim! Thank you.

Jim was great. He arrived early and was very professional and friendly. We are very much looking forward to having reliable hot water again. We would definitely recommend him and Master Plumbing to others.

Might have accidentally double posted, phone died when I was leaving my first attempt at a review. The service was worth trying to review again just to make sure credit was given.

BEWARE!! I used Master Plumbing to do a sewer scope on the house I purchased and they said the line was clear and newer. Fast forward a few months later and my basement flooded and come to find out, they didn't properly scope the sewer line. They only scoped from one clean out to the next clean out. It turns out the line actually had root and debris intrusion and was ORIGINAL! $6000+ in repairs later and they refuse to call me back and take responsibility for the repairs, yet wrote in an email that they are at fault. This company has no regard for professionalism and has been horrible to deal with. I was told the owner would be calling me but a week and a half later, have received no phone call. IF YOU HAVE PLUMBING NEEDS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!

Seriously, I don't know how these guys have so many great reviews. They are super unresponsive and have rediculous pricing.
I called to set an appointment with them to have our septic tank pumped. I was quoted $380 for the cost, which was pretty resonable. Since this is our first time dealing with a septic tank, I asked them if they could have a service tech call so we would know how big of an area we needed to dig and make sure they would be able to reach our tank with their hose. I never recived a call. I called back 4 times to get someone to call us with no call back. Two days before they were scheduled to come up they called and said they would have to delay our appointment and they were going to charge and extra $185 to drive to our place which is only 15 minutes outside boise off hwy 21. We drive it every day and it takes more time to get from Boise to Nampa than it taakes to get from our house to Boise. That is just a compleate money grab.
Super unprofessional company.
